needs badly updated. most applicances are old and not working. mattresses are so old, they cover them up with a foam pad. very disappointing and misleading advertisement of this property
Mattress is very very old. So old they put a foam topper on it to hide it. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Ice maker doesn’t work. The shower nob came off when you tug too hard. Such a bummer. Nice location and other units have been updated but not this one.

We took a kick needed family vacation. This location was the perfect getaway for us. We enjoy pool time and the pool was excellent. The access to the sandy beach was amazing!
Condo was well stocked (kitchen appliances, utensils, pots/pans) as well as chairs, coolers and a boogie board. Three bbqs available to use.
Sunsets enjoyed from the balcony/lanai on the bar stools.
Nice stretch of sand for walks along beach right behind condo. Pool is 3-4 feet deep.
Would return to this condo!

This spot was the best in all of Maui. The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us to stay there, the kitchen was well stalked with everything you needed to make meals with. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans and the blender was well used by us too. The pool was fantastic, the BBQ area was clean and very useful, the beach just past the pool was spectacular. The bonus was that we discovered three days before leaving that if you follow it all the way down on your right side just after sunset, you can see the turtles come onto the beach to sleep for the night. We saw up to 24 turtles one day. You just need to stay up by the grass away from the sand as best you can so they feel safe to come up. The sunsets from our condo or sitting on the beach just in front of the pool were spectacular! There is a little grocery store right across the street that you can walk to. Snorkel spots not far from the condo were free and great! We rented our snorkel gear from Snorkle Bob's just a block away. They were helpful and reasonably priced. Rented our car from Budget Rental and had fun exploring the island on our own time. We went the Road to Hana and saw the red sand beach which was well worth the trip. We went to the top of Haleakala and saw the view and the Silver Sword plants that will bloom in October. We visited the Aquarium and it was worth the visit. I would suggest finding a deal on the entry fee if you can through a travel booking though. It was a bit pricey but the money helps the keep it going and taking good care of their aquarium. We saw the shark tank feeding demonstration. It was pretty cool. We also went next door to the mini golf and Bumper boats and had a blast on the bumper boats and sparying each other too. We found road side shacks selling fresh Mango, Papaya and pineapple and ate them every day during out stay. I would suggest loading up on meats and other items you think you will eat lots of, oh and beer and liquor at Costco.

The pictures don't do it justice. If you can, do stay in this room as it has an amazing view. You're actually closer than the picture shows. Property is older, but still retains a beachy vibe and has everything you need to feel at home. I even asked for a coffee grinder so we make coffee at home (this home). I would 100% stay here again. The beach is good for kids, an amazing sunset, and people who want to wade around or read a book. Go north or south if you want to snorkel as this has kinda murky waters for snorkeling.
I love this property for several reasons. They have beach chairs, coolers, boogie board, beach towels, sun hats, etc so you don’t have to rent them or buy them. The beach here is very rocky but the pool is great. Other beaches near by are good for swimming or relaxing. The sunset here was completely unreal. It was absolutely gorgeous! There is a market right on the corner and the kitchen is equips with anything you would need for cooking. Several restaurants near by. I think one of our favorites was called Kihei cafe.
The one downfall that would keep me from staying here again is the bed situation. The beds are terribly uncomfortable and the pillows are flat and old. I ended sleeping in the twin bed and on the sofa and let my daughter sleep on the large bed. There is zero structure to it and feels like you’re sinking into foam and it basically encapsulates your body.
