The condo was wonderful. We spent our nights and mornings on the lanai listening to the ocean. The house can get a little hot but we let the ocean breeze flow through the house which helped, it really didn't bother us at all. The air conditioning unit worked wonderful in the bedroom, we had no issues keeping cool. The unit was newly remodeled and beautiful. Plenty of parking onsite. We have zero complaints about our stay, we would stay there again.
The condo was perfect for us. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Passion Bakery across the street is a must if you are staying in this condo. Also Lava Lava which is also walking distance was a fun place to hang out for cocktails. We didn’t eat but the food looked very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room air conditioner in the bedroom for at night was awesome. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The property was great well cleaned up around it. The inside was clean and was well maintained. Ocean view was outstanding probably my favorite part. Kitchen was very nice I like the lighting throughout the kitchen. My only thing was we ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags pretty quickly. But overall a great time it is in the perfect location to travel the island and enjoy everything! The pool is a little small but it’s well maintained and clean. Overall an epic time and a great place to sleep and listen to the waves.
When I walked in to the apartment, the first thing that I noticed was the amazing view! The apartment was beautiful, and Shayne went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was wonderful. He even included a seven page welcome letter with suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc. I would happily stay here again!
Everything was as advertised- convenient location on the east side, ocean view and sound of the waves. AC in bedroom was sublime at night. Check in and out was easy, pool area and grills were great after a day of adventure. Communication with owner was prompt. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stay!
This place was as advertised. Everything was like new. It was beautiful and the ocean view was awesome. We love the area. Great between North and South. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to Coconut Market Place and the don't forget to go to the bakery across the street. Passion breads for the best Masalas! Also you can rent boogie boards in that same area cheap!

Good little condo right in the middle of most things. About equal time to get to Hanalei or Waimea making this a good central place for those that want to explore the island.
Absolute loved the condo and couldn’t get enough of the views. Air in the room is great, full kitchen and supplies for cooking and even some beach chairs and umbrella.There were a few hiccups during our stay due to scheduled maintenance at the property but Shayne and everyone on site were very helpful and available for any questions or concerns. Would recommend staying here and would love to come back if we’re ever in Hawaii again
My wife and I ended up cancelling our stay and finding a hotel. The unit was really hot outside of the bedroom, the building not in the condition we expected, and someone did try to enter the property (though we later got confirmation it was the cleaner). Shayne was very understanding and was easy to work with.
Our unit was recently renovated making our accommodations delightful. We also appreciated the location giving us access to many beaches and restaurants.
Three months in paradise! The location of this condo was perfect - mid Island so easy access to both sides in under an hour. Only a 10 minute walk to Cocoanut Marketplace, and a few more to Longs Pharmacy & Safeway. More importantly was the VIEW from our lanai- always changing and perfect for the beach & water lover. Our host: Shayne- his communication was prompt & responsive to any concerns raised (which were minor). Fully equipped for everyday living and beach activities. Three months our home and we’d return in a heartbeat - such a positive experience!!!
This was our 4th stay in Unit #209. As always, the unit was great and Shayne is always so accommodating. We will be back soon!
Condo was clean and well stocked. AC in the bedroom kept the room cool for a good nights sleep. The views from the Lanai are amazing. We took advantage of the easy beach access and took many walks along the beach. It's an easy walk to the Coconut Market for shopping and dining.

Almost 200 reviewers have already rated this property as a “ten”—and yes, every one of them was correct! Everything was just as we had hoped: The property (including the pool) is well kept, the condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent throughout and we’ll provide one example. A minor question arose during our stay so we thought we’d email our host. If he saw our email, great. If not, it would be no big deal. But he responded in less than five minutes! Considering all of the above, it’s no wonder why Shayne has been recognized as a “Premier Host”.

The property was very well maintained. We loved the lanai and all the tropical plants on the property it was extremely well landscaped. The apartment itself was perfect and well stocked with beach day items like a cooler, umbrella and chairs. We have lots of great memories from this place and i would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to return to kauai

A very well kept property with good ocean views.A short walk from Coconut Market place which has many restaurants and shops. The busy road outside condo is a bit distracting but not too bad.Many other restaurants are a short drive away
We loved the condo, and spent a lot of time on the lanai! The AC in the bedroom worked great, so we could sleep at night. Central location, easy to get to stores and restaurants. Appreciate the amenities like beach towels, chairs and umbrella, even a rice cooker! Would stay again!
Loved the ocean front lanai and sleeping to the sound of the waves! Rental is clean, comfortable, and really well appointed. There are some beaches, restaurants and shopping within walking distance, but recommend a car to see all gorgeousness of the island. Location is lovely- not too far from airport and about mid-way to State Parks and awesome beaches in either direction. Cannot wait to get back!

We recently had a phenomenal 5-night stay at this VRBO rental in Kapa'a and couldn't recommend it more highly. The property itself was spacious, airy, beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for our needs.
Ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking and a perfect spot to start and end our days. The availability of a cooler and beach chairs was a plus. The host was responsive.
No complaints. Everything was great and as described. Meant so much to me to wake up to that view everyday.
We loved the accommodation. It was very well stocked, we didn’t have to purchase anything. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We couldn’t get access to the ocean beach for walks but we enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves.
The condo was great only con is no air except in the bedroom. Other rooms got fairly warm.

Wailua is a perfect starting point for every place to see on Kauai. We loved the great balcony and had our meals there with an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen has a perfect size and everything was there we needed. The pool is great and we could also go out for a run at the ocean. We really recommend this apartment.
