The beach view was beautiful; however, it lacked easy access. Currently, construction is on the street. The worst part is that we had to leave during the day for several hours because of pest control. Late check-in, no access from 10 to 2. We paid for a full day, but we never received it.
Great view of Wailua Bay. Convenient location. Loved the pool. Close some really nice restaurants and Wailua Golf Course.
This property exceeded my expectations. Topnotch in cleanliness, ocean view is breathtaking. I loved the place. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Nice place to begin the holiday. Nighttime road construction is going on. Close and easy access to the beach.
We booked last minute due to changes in our plans. We were very pleased with the condo. Very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the ocean. My husband liked the pool area and did some grilling while we were there. Some great books that helped us plan some hikes for our trip as well. Overall we really enjoyed our time here

Noise from the nearby road is ever present, on the lanai as well as inside.
New bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and living room as well as lanai furniture is old. Sofabed not comfortable. No ac in the living room.

We were literally steps from the beach., which had fairly gentle waves: excellent for swimming ! We also did laps in the condo pool. The place was quiet and comfy. Friends recommended it and we were not disappointed!

We were extremely delighted with the condo itself and the view was wonderful, but unfortunately not enough to make up for the location and traffic noise, which made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. There was construction materials operation directly across Kuhio Hwy from the property which began loading materials making extremely loud noise very early in the morning. Also sirens almost constantly.
My wife and I have stayed here a couple of times now. The view is great from the lanai and we always had a breeze coming through the condo. It’s always nice even though this last trip was more rain than our previous stays but we still enjoyed ourselves. We’ll stay there again!!
This condo is a great location not only on the island but also in the complex itself. Amazing balcony and you will appreciate the air conditioned bedroom. You can walk to see great local eateries including the amazing coconut marketplace. Everything else is just a short drive away.
The condo was as described in the listing. It was simple and clean. It’s in a convenient location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other beaches and activities. We would do it again if given the opportunity!
Place was comfortable and clean. Easy to check in and out. View was amazing from balcony over looking Pacific Ocean. Very quiet!
Carpets are very dirty, which was surprising since the rest of the place was clean. Slide screen doors to balcony/lanai are worn out. Even after an attempted repair they still are very difficult to open/close. Repair person did come vey quickly & improved them but they are worn out. Airconditioner (bedroom only) sounds like it's ready to blow. VERY loud & rattling. Great view. Local help quick to respond.
Great location in Kapa’a, close to everything. Balcony & view of bay & beach was great! Bed comfy but terrible, dense hard pillows. A/c in bedroom a plus. Breeze thru balcony sliders was perfect. Internet connection almost non-existent. TVs not connected to any service and useless. Tried to unplug several times to no avail. Had to figure out how to unlock oven function. Sliders are old & keep coming off track. Carpet stained when we arrived. Otherwise, place was clean, but no garbage bags provided. Kitchen has basic stuff & improvising was needed. Nothing spectacular other than view & needs some updating & tlc.
