We really enjoyed the location of these units. It was awesome to spend less time driving and more time enjoying the Kihei area beaches/shopping/restaurants. This unit is nice and had plenty of room for a four person family. There were a couple maintenance issues during our stay but the staff was very helpful and communicative.

Refrigerator was room temperature upon arrival. Freezer seemed somewhat functional. Dryer knobs broken. Some horizontal blinds missing or laying in livingroom. Carpet needed cleaning. Supplies were adequate. Deck was uninhabitable. It seemed dangerous and sloping. Caution tape was over a very flimsy haphazard emergency board that would have failed if leaned on. It made it hazardous to use laundry facility.Coldwell customer service was great , housekeeper not so great. The toilet wasn’t functioning upon arrival but a repair man was called and fixed quickly. We were provided a portable refrigerator but they sat it in the livingroom! The owner needs serious repairs and furniture upgrade. Desk chair should not be sat on, dangerously wobbly.

Unit could use some maintenance and repairs. Was well stocked kitchen, and very clean throughout. TV lacked modern casting or streaming ability so could not treat my grandsons to the movie I wanted.

I have stayed at Grand Champions before and this particular condo was just ok. It needs alot of work. Also, not very well cleaned. The fridge was dirty. The toilet did not work well, the sheets were very old and looked like they should be thrown out. The TV's drove me crazy. A speaker is in front of the main tv and so everytime you want to change a channel, you have to get up and walk over to the TV. People downstairs were pretty loud. I will not select this condo again.
