Overall the experience was great. Some of the pots and pans are tired, and carpet in living room needs replacing but overall the condo is very nice. Bonnie was very responsive to a small issue we had and had it fixed within 24 hours.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms! The condominiums were beautiful, and the landscaping throughout the area was truly picture perfect. The ocean view was breathtaking—we spent hours relaxing on the lanai, just soaking in the scenery.The inside of the condo was just as impressive. It felt homey yet open and airy, which made it the perfect space to unwind. The only thing I wish it had was a lock on the master bedroom door, especially since it includes a walk-in bathroom—but honestly, that was a small detail in an otherwise gorgeous space.Bonnie was wonderful to work with. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and everything was well-communicated. The location is also fantastic—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing.The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained. Our kids couldn’t get enough and asked to go every single day! We truly loved every minute of our time here and would absolutely stay again.

We did a walk through and noticed dents on frdg, broken tile master, curtain rod master, mirrmirrorbrokenmastermasterswacracked, a broken tile near the master toilet and the cutin rod
We stayed at this property for just over a week. It was just as advertised. Lots of room for our family, well stocked and comfortable. We had beautiful sunsets from the large living room window. The lanai was a relaxing place to enjoy a drink or morning coffee. The location was excellent, close to so many amazing beaches. The owners were very helpful and organized. Communication was great.
Very nice accommodations. Spacious living area and a nice kitchen. Didn't have any issues while staying there. The pool is located close by and is in very good shape. The grounds are very well kept up and beautiful. We enjoyed our time at the condo. Front door is a bit difficult to open, but it didn't distract from our time there.

This property is in a fantastic location between Kihei and Wailea and it’s a short walk to the beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The lanai is large and appointed with a dining table and a sitting area. Some of the furniture could use a little refresh but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the shampoo and conditioner but no need for the little baggy - just an unnecessary extra that is not good for the environment. Access to recycling on site would be appreciated (for paper, plastic and cardboard).
