My family and I enjoyed this condo. Great location, we are a family of 6 and it fit us perfectly. My kids loved the pool area and the large grassy area we had by our lanai. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean as well. The hosts were very helpful and we had great communication. We will def be booking with them again. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!
Matthew worked with us on early check in and the condo is one of the best equipped that we have ever rented through VRBO. Close to great beaches, fun food trucks with a beautiful pool to hang out at and watch the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean /spacious and very nicely equipped, I didn’t have to buy anything extra. Walking distance to beach nearby to walk or swim and view sunset. We also took some nice pictures of sunset outside of the house on the lawn. We slept well, cooked a few meals and used the laundry couple of times.

The location was great! Close to beautiful beaches, resorts and restaurants. The condo was nice and the grounds were pretty with lots of tropical plants. The manager was responsive to our request for a mattress topper for the sofa bed and brought one immediately, which was very appreciated! Also the condo was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay there.
The property is exactly what the pictures show. The only issue we had is that some of the neighbors did not observe the quiet hours. Children playing outside your condo at 6:00AM is not ideal. We tried to notify the property manager of some electrical outlet issues, but were not able to make contact with him for some reason.
We really enjoyed our stay - we've stayed at the Palms several times but this was our first time in this condo. We thought it was really comfortable, well set up for our vacation and tucked away in a nice and quiet part of the property while still close to the pool.
The booking, check in and check out processes were super simple.
We'll book again for sure!

Loved the location and size of the condo! The lanai was perfect! Tried to get through by email to the management company about the type of coffee pot but my email was never answered. Only negative!!

Our family of five enjoyed staying here and would do it again on our next trip to Maui. It has a good location, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a good overall layout with a large great room and primary suite. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! Our favorite part was the large lanai!

We just got back from 5 days in #905 and enjoyed our entire stay! The Palms are centrally located to everything and the condo location itself was perfect. We loved the walk-out bottom floor and the corner location made the outdoor seating areas very private and ideal for morning coffee and watching the sunsets over the water. The pool was also nice and easy to get to. All the amenities in the unit were high quality and worked well. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was also included - highly recommend and hope to return! Easy-peasy and island breezy.
