Fully stocked and clean house. great communication with the owner. It was truly a beautiful stay and we can’t wait to come back again soon!
The condo had very high end decor and was very clean! The closest beach was a 10 minute walk which we visited multiple times on our stay. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels made the beach days very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully updated and immaculately clean—truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. It was thoughtfully stocked with many essential items, making our visit incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The location was nice—within easy walking distance to gorgeous beaches, nearby resorts, and great shopping and dining options. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui!
This property had everything needed and then some. The owners contemplated most household and personal needs. The only negative is that it is a ground floor unit but, it still has about a dozen steps down to the front door.

We have stayed at several units in the Palms at Wailea complex. Unit 1603 is easily the best unit. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. In addition, Rose and Mladen are very responsive to any requests.

We rented this condo together with two other condos in The Palm for our family reunion. The place was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. We would love to come back next time we visit Maui!
We absolutely loved this unit. It was beautiful, very clean and was stocked with every detail you could think of. I have stayed at a few VRBO's and none have been as well stocked as this one. The location is perfect it's a short walk down to the beach and then an easy walk all along the water up past the Four Seasons. The lanai was lovely to sit on in the morning you can see the ocean from it which was nice. Thank you for everything!
There is a reason this property has consistent 5 star reviews. We have stayed at the Palms on several occasions and Rose's unit is by far the best. She had everything we needed and then some. This property has all the amenities of a well stocked home, perfect for two or for entertaining. We had some last minute adjustments and Rose was willing and able to accommodate us which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!
Rose’s place is even nicer in person than the photos. The condo has everything you need for a lovely stay. I mean everything! We loved our stay.

Completely redone with new cabinets and wood trim. New hardwood floors. Nicely decorated. Even stocked with Kaui coffee. Quiet location. A little bit of ocean view.
We have stayed at this unit twice now. It is by far our most favorite! It is stunning! Modern decor, very spacious, the bathrooms are large with updated showers, kitchen is big and fully stocked! The lanai is something from the movies! The view is breathtaking and very private.

This condo does not have the amenities of a rental. It has the amenities of a homeowner who is allowing you to stay in their home. It is so far above a hotel room or a typical condo rental that there is no comparison.
We could not have asked for a more perfect Wailea condo! The unit is just gorgeous and tastefully decorated with beautiful art work and furnishings. It is evident that great care has been taken to make everything just right. Very well stocked with supplies, and even bathrobes provided like you would see in the finest hotels. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had such a relaxing stay at Rose’s impeccably maintained condo. The pictures don’t do it justice; it was spotless and probably the most well kept VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and you can tell how much pride the owners take in it. Excellent location (others have commented on the traffic noise, which you can hear when the doors are open) but it was silent at night. Great to be so close to the beach and to the hotels (if you didn’t feel like cooking). Anything you could ever want could be found in a drawer or cabinet e.g. shower gel, aluminum foil, champagne stopper - really, I couldn’t come up with anything other than food to buy. :-) Also, Rose was very helpful in providing suggestions on activities (read her pre-reads!) and was great at prompt communications. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Mahalo!!
Overall, the space was clean and spacious. The decor and artwork were beautiful and added to the peaceful energy of the space. The kitchen was well supplied space for cooking and preparing meals. The supplied shampoo in the shower smelled amazing.
The bed was comfortable. We rested and slept quite well. A darker curtain might be helpful for an improved experience.
We loved everything. The condo was beyond great. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Rose had everything you could possibly want in the condo. We went for my wife's birthday and will try to get back for our anniversary. The surrounding area is beautiful. Thank you Rose for making this an amazing time. Of all the years we have stayed in Maui, this was the most beautiful and memorable.

Extremely clean, they had thought of everything. You can just bring your suitcase and buy the food you want to eat. Owner communicated well. Best place I’ve ever stayed! Great Location! High recommend!
