Overall a good experience. A few items that are worth mentioning:Wi-fi login info was hard to find, it was on the router behind the TV and tough to read. Light switches and TV remotes need to be labeled. Location should have been made clear. We expected to stay much closer to the pool and ended up driving over every time we went. The hill is rough for seniors or anyone with children, especially if you’re carrying a lot of pool gear.

Nicely remodeled condo. The complex pool and hot tub were nice and relatively uncrowded. Walking distance to beach. Easy access to Wailea and Kihei. Enough room for two adults and two young children.

Vacation rental was perfect for our needs. It was equipped with more amenities than I’ve ever had with other rentals including a full kitchen, outdoor set and grill, and all the beach gear you may need. In addition the property was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Great location, close to anything you may need in Wailea or Kihei.

This was a last minute stay due to the wild fires situation in West Maui. After evacuating a resort in Kaanapali Matt set us up at this The Palms property and it literally made a difficult situation much better. The unit was very comfortable, modern and the lay out was very functional. We had 2 kids with us and even with the murphy bed setup we still had plenty of space. If we have an opportunity to visit Maui again, PMI would be on the top of our list.

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautifully appointed Condo. The highlights included comfortable beds, inviting lanai, easy walk to the pool as you stroll through the beautiful scenery of the property as well as the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, stores, and activities.
