Property was in a great location. It had been nicely updated and was very nice. Lots of extras, beach chairs and towels, cooler. Laundry in unit. Parking right next to the unit. Host was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Check-in process was easy — you just need to know the code for the lock. We stayed at the end of July, and it was hot during the day, but the condo has air conditioning in each room, which keeps it cool and comfortable.The kitchen has everything you need, even a thermometer for grilling meat. The condo also includes a lot of beach gear — chairs, towels, a cover, umbrella, children's toys, and small paddle boards.The host was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns quickly.The condo is also not far from the beach — you can walk to the nearest one.

Overall, a good and comfortable stay though the "ocean view" was very limited (through the neighboring Monkeypod trees). Some updating needed (repair dryer door, new beach chairs, replacement utensils, etc.). The community of Palms is nicely maintained with a great pool.
We had a great time and the condo was the perfect size for our family. Close to many beaches, restaurants, and shops.
My 6th Palms rental and the worse one ever. Stayed for one month Feb/25. Bonnie was very responsive. However, no resolution. We declined an extra clean because it was inconvenient so purchased a mop and bleach to wash floors. I was told that new appliances would be purchased and blinds were going to be replaced in April. Carpets and floors were so dirty we all had to wear indoor shoes. No ice maker (reservoir broken and someone tried to put tape over it to repair). Same with broken shelving and drawers in refrigerator. Washer was moldy so we bought a drum cleaner and used bleach on the rubber seal to clean. Dryer door falling off. We washed bathmats ourselves and I put other dirty mats on lanai. THEN cockroaches! Again Bonnie was very responsive but after sending in Area Manager to look we didn’t hear another word about it. I honestly just wanted to enjoy my vacation and make the most of it. Moving to a new location wasn’t within our budget nor easy to find, I looked. And, we had paid to stay in 504. I read all the reviews before booking, nothing indicated the filth. We lived with a giant LIVE cockroach under the kitchen sink and had to keep the garbage in the open and dispose of outside before bed. Not to mention several live and dead roaches throughout the unit. The ceilings had been nicely painted with new fans, beds were clean and bathrooms new but overall very dissatisfied with cleanliness and repair of unit and resolution of concerns so would not recommend.

Nice condo. Washer /dryer needs updating (dryer door broken & washer had mold). Knobs on oven range have numbers rubbed off so hard to tell heat setting. Water filter in fridge needed to be replaced. Just minor things though. Location was great! Beds were comfy. Great parking spot. Nice to have A/C!
This is our 2nd visit to The Palms #504 in Wailea. Great location. Love lanai. Unit is outfitted with mostly everything you need for a stay home away from home. Bonnie was super responsive when we needed help with an issue in the unit too.
Wonderful stay in Wailea! The location was perfect, and the property was spotless with beautifully maintained grounds that added to the experience. While the condo was a bit dated in some regards, it was comfortable, functional, and met all our needs. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy Maui!
Nice property, we have stayed in the Palms several times. This is a second floor unit with views of the grounds. It is remodeled and was very comfortable. Would recommend.
We loved staying here. It was a comfortable home base for our family vacation. The unit was clean and we appreciated the walled off second bedroom. Sitting on the patio in the morning was great, lots of fun birds to watch. AC was strong and nice. Had to rent a lot of equipment because most stuff in the unit was broken, which we were warned could be the case beforehand. Owner communicated lots of great info prior to our arrival, but once we checked in we couldn't reach anyone at all. The fridge wasn't getting cold even after 24+ hours on max, so we were worried about food spoilage and wondered if it would ever get cold (it did, after quite some time) but no response from multiple attempts to connect w/ the owner to discuss the issue. Overall we enjoyed it and would visit again, but I would like to try a downstairs unit for the larger patio and bedroom access.
We had a wonderful stay in this Palms at Wailea condo during our visit to Maui. The property (while slightly aged) is clean and well-kept with a nice Lanai for eating and relaxing and is conveniently located in the heart of Wailea close to Kihei downtown with easy access to multiple beaches (our favorites were Keawakapu and Big Beach). This condo is situated inside a beautiful community and has a nice heated pool/hot tub which our family enjoyed every single day. The condo was well-stocked and we appreciated having access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels and even sand toys for our kid to play with. Communication with the owner was very easy and straight forward. Overall highly recommended!
