We have stayed at the Palms for many years and have never rented a condo with more amenities!Annissa was an amazing hostess, easy to communicate with, and her condo was spotless! I highly recommend this unit to anyone travelling to Maui, and wanting to stay at the Palms.You will not be disapointed!

The property is exactly as you expect! I appreciate how clean and efficient everything is. There were cleaning products under sinks, ability to wash towels and clothes, comfortable and peaceful. Our host made our stay simple, easy, straightforward and always available to communicate with us. She gave us a late check out and it made our last day here so nice. Our flight off the island is late tonight and I can continue to work and sit by the pool without being displaced. Her kindness makes our red eye flight much more manageable! Thank You! Mahalo!

Condo 1804 is perfect. Location close to beaches/shopping/restaurants. Annisa is a great host. So easy to communicate with her. My husband and I stayed for 15 nights and felt right at home the minute we walked in. The furniture/decor in the condo was lovely. Annisa also has the condo very well stocked with everything you need. I did not have to run out to purchase anything additional. Hand soap at all the sinks, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, plenty of bath towels, large selection of beach towels…..I could go on. Loved having 2 sofas (one being a sleeper), 2 lanai’s (one having lounge furniture which made for nice evenings out on the lanai). Kitchen appliances are new and very clean. Was nice to have full size washer/dryer. Also liked having 2 bathrooms. And the large walk in shower was great. Pool area is very nice and visited a couple times. But we took advantage of the beach chairs in the condo and went to Keawakapu Beach almost every day, where we could watch the whales. I have rent condos/beach houses before and by far this is the best. If we plan another trip back, will absolutely stay again. Thanks Annisa for everything and a wonderful vacation.
Great property. Well appointed with furniture, both indoor, outdoor and beach stuff ie towels, chairs, umbrellas. Lots of spices etc for stay at home cooking.
Would suggest maybe handles on outside of sliding doors, as they are heavy and tough to open when outside. Some outdoor umbrellas for those occasions when it rains would complete the place. Perhaps ask the strata to consider umbrellas at the pool at the next condo meeting. Mahalo.

This is the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in and we have rented many properties over the years! The decor is lovely and modern. And the condo is completely updated.
Annisa is such a attentive host. She has thought of everything - from a generous welcome gift, to all of the beach gear you could need, a fully stocked ktichen and the bathroom and kitchen essentials - toilet paper, paper towel etc. All of the things you don't want to have to get when you arrive after your long flight to Maui.
Annisa was so available to us. We had an issue with the wifi (which was a system wide problem) and Annisa was so communicative and supportive.
Please note the unit is on the top floor which is preferable at the Palms and it faces a busy (ish) road. You can definitely hear the cars go by should you choose to have your windows open. But when with the doors/windows closed and the - new and and excellent -AC units running, you don't hear the noise at all.
We are so glad we chose this property for our holidays. We would love to stay here again!
This rental was absolutely perfect. The communication and check in were smooth and easy. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The rental itself is one of the best we've stayed at here in Maui. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could want to cook at home. As someone who loves organization, the well organized kitchen made me feel at home. They even provided kid friendly cups, bowls, plates, ans utensils. I was worried that we would feel cramped in a one bedroom place with kids, but with an additional outdoor living area off the main bedroom, we were able to enjoy the space once the kids were asleep on sofa bed. There were more than enough linens and beach towels provided. The beach gear was so awesome to have as well. There are chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and kid toys. The host provided Toiletries and laundry detergent. My family strives to be as toxic free as possible so I appreciated that the linens were washed with less toxic detergent and there were no chemical or fragrant smells in the rental from air fresheners or laundry detergent. The location of the rental is amazing. We enjoyed the beaches in wailea and I loved walking the path. The pool on the property is also lovely and well maintained with gorgeous views. This place has me wanting to purchase in the the complex! We would love to stay here again..seriously 10/10 in every aspect!
We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Location is perfect, close to the beach, convenient for a morning run or paddle and a beach day! Close to Shops of Wailea and excellent restaurants.

This beautifully updated and immaculate condo was the perfect place for us to relax in Wailea. Beach chairs and umbrellas along with close proximity to beach access made enjoying the surf and amazing sunsets very easy.
The location is an easy drive from the airport and also convenient to whale watching excursions and exploring Lahaina.
Anissa was also very responsive to any questions .
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
