Best off beach location! Walking distance to shops, coffee, restaurants and more. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Great kitchen, super comfortable bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. Great vaca!
Carefully done modern and complete renovation, well stocked and perfectly maintained. Extremely clean and thoughtfully done. Plenty of natural light, nice view of the ocean (which seems closer in real life than in the pictures). Several great beaches minutes away. Beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards supplied. Very close to a great coffee shop, too. Some traffic noise but not enough to keep me from giving this place a solid five stars.
Swati’s property has been meticulously updated with a great modern style - our family has stayed in a couple units in this area and this was the nicest property. The property is super clean, great bedrooms and bathrooms, and perfect kitchen for our stay.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Online pictures were accurate. Very clean, modern and bright. The property owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Convenient walk to shops and grocery nearby. Thank you Swati for the stay!
Place is kind of what you see in the pictures regards to decoration, but doesn't show that pretty close to one of the main access roads to the Wailea area...and also that there is another unit on top. Both make the unit a little bit noisy if you are sensitive to it. For us, was not an issue at all. Pretty well equiped with all you need for a perfect beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time!! We sat on the lanai every night and most nights we were greeted with a spectacular sunset! The condo is conveniently located to the beaches and the shops and we walked everywhere. The condo was spacious and well air conditioned and well-equipped with beach chairs, a good umbrella, and a cooler. It is true that there is a lot of traffic noise because the condo is next to the main road heading down into Wailea but we didn't let it bother us and we could still hear all the birds! It was a great trip! Thank you , Swati!
Checking in was easy and we were very pleased with how clean and nicely decorated it was. The location is great with the golf course, shops, restaurants, and beaches all within a short walk. It is very close to the road but couldn’t hear it at night. The microwave and oven weren’t working so that was an inconvenience. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
This place was perfect for my family. The rental had everything we needed, and the beach gear was truly an added bonus. The only negative is the unit’s proximity to the main road. There is substantial traffic noise when sitting on the patio (which we did every morning and evening). However, everything else was perfect and thoroughly enjoyable.
Wailea Ekolu is a great location. Recommend finding units in this older condo complex, which is not too far from the beach.
Not much of a pool, but you can bike to beach. Great sunsets.
#101 was remodeled with modern European cabinets and Miele appliances. Mostly clean and new. Priced higher due to new modern remodel. First unit, close to road, you will hear cars and trucks.
Master bathroom shower had mold in silicon. We told the manager, Mari, who was super, super nice.
Repair Day: We had a day where the manager and the owner needed to occupy the unit with a repair man for appliances. It happens. No credit or compensation. Went to a hotel and rented a cabana that day.
