Location was quiet and views were amazing!
Wonderful unit with lots of room for everyone. View from outside was exactly like photos.
Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the patio while looking at the ocean.
We would stay there again!
Great location where you can walk to the beach and to the shops and has a view of the ocean. Plenty outdoor and indoor seating, very comfortable master bedroom. Complex well maintained.
Great location and view from patio. Unit is very dated and somewhat in disrepair. Carpet not flat on floor, stained and no baseboards. Kitchen cabinets did not all close or work properly. Bathrooms were a little disgusting. No paint behind toilet, stickers on wall in toilet room, chipped tiles and rusted metal on walls where plaster is missing. Couch was very dirty.

Very professional management company. Responsive to my inquiries.We have been coming to the Palms at Wailea 1-2 times yearly for 21 years and know this unit is in a great location for ocean view and pool proximity.We really appreciated the AC in each major room.Improvements are needed, however. The original furniture from the early 90’s is still in place and is very tired. We experienced a broken chaise lounge, broken kitchenware, and a broken grill. (Replaced promptly when reported). A towel bar and bracket in the master bathroom fell off the wall for the duration of our stay and one of the dining room chairs is broken. It simply all adds up to a neglected space.Also, the pantry and other storage cabinets usually reserved for guests in our experience were locked, making dry good storage VERY limited. Some tile and carpet stains appear long-standing. We personally feel this great unit deserves better.Personally we feel this condominium is due for a major refresh

It was a short 4 night stay but enjoyed our time here. View was breathtaking, pool was steps away and we were in a nice and safe area in Wailea. Kitchen appliances were great, had beach chairs we could use, I just wish it also included an umbrella. We didn't have enough provided beach towels for our family but we texted the property manager and they brought them to our door within hours. Washer and dryer was useful and we were happy to have our own parking spot. Couches seem a little worn down as well as carpet but I would still recommend this place to our friends. Mahalo!
We loved our time here. The unit is in an amazing location, very nice area, and we loved coming back in the evenings for the perfect sunset watching spot. The unit was tidy, well stocked with linens and cookware and was comfortable. The interiors would definitely benefit from a refresh (especially the floors). We spent almost all of our time at the unit on the lanai.
Great condo with awesome lanai and beautiful view. Close to the pool and we love Wailea. Our only issue is proximity to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk, wish it was closer.
We enjoyed our stay in the condo on Maui. The location was great. We were near shopping and beaches. The best part was the spectacular view from our lanai and the gorgeous sunsets every evening.
The management company was very responsive to a few issues: ice maker and stuck bathroom door. Thank you for the lovely stay.
