Stayed at the condo for 5 nights with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The furniture is outdated, but it was the best stocked condo I have ever rented and a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Great 3 bedroom spot for our family of 7 to convene. Enjoyed the pool facilities and views from the spacious lanai. Short walk to beach and close to everything we needed.
My family and I had a two week stay at the condo and it was everything it said it would be. Clean, well-stocked with essentials and a terrific location.There was enough room for all and it was very conveniently located.Would not hesitate staying there again!

This place was great for our family of eight. we were very comfortable with the space. The pros outweighed the cons on this one. We really liked the heat pump unit instead of having a normal A/C. The beds are comfortable. Overall there is too much of the owner's stuff everywhere. It's a bit cluttered. Some things are updated and some things are old. I can imagine it must be difficult though to upkeep and maintain a rental so the owners are doing well with that. Some future upgrades could be - get rid of the entertainment center and mount a bigger TV on the living room wall with media storage underneath, install fans in the bathrooms, and maybe a bigger hot water tank. (all 8 of use could not shower consecutively and we take fast showers) Also, the road noise can be loud in the evening. It is an uphill walk to the nice pool. Overall though, we would stay here again.Bello Realty was very kind and patient with us. they are great to rent from.

The condo that we stayed at was very cozy and welcoming, with its decor and furniture. Located in the heart of Wailea, we were only a 3-4 minute drive from shopping area, the beach, and the restaurants that we wanted to visit. Our family and friends had plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The place was clean and tidy. We appreciated the condo providing an ample amount of beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas that we were able to borrow when we went to the beach. The pool area of the complex was modern and had a sunset viewing tower.I want to note that there is a short flight of stairs to the living area and master bedroom. Also, the bug screens over the windows in the master bathroom were broken and needed to be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

This property worked well for three adults and two children. Plenty of space. The kitchen had everything imaginable one might need. Almost too much. The owners use this property a lot. They had personal items and clothes everywhere. Too much. They even left their car in the parking spot we were supposed to use. There is a hose near the front door to rinse off beach sand, but the handle had been removed, so we couldn't use it. That being said, the unit was clean and in a great location. Bello was great to work with. They let us get in early on check-in day which was wonderful since our flight arrived at 10am. I would use Bello again. I would recommend this unit if you are bringing children.

This unit is very spacious, lots of privacy and room to spread out. Very well stocked with anything you could need, including beach chairs, umbrellas and pantry items. Beautifully and comfortably furnished including great beds although desperately in need of some new knives and a few upgrades. Floors are great and unit is very clean but bathrooms and kitchen cupboards are old and worn. Two very small issues while there but both handled by Bello Realty immediately and satisfactorily. Road noise is mostly loud after dinner and first thing in the am but very quiet during the night. A perfect location to get everywhere and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunsets. Nice to be able to walk to beach and even shops at Wailea if you wanted to. We did the Wailea Ocean Front walk from there and loved it. All in all we had a wonderful time and would love return.

Had a great time at the condo - it has been updated since the pictures, with new flooring throughout. Previous reviews referred to the unit as dated, I don't think that's the case anymore. The unit was very well stocked for our visit including a well appointed kitchen. We were easily able to cook a Christmas dinner! Worked really well for our family of 4 adults and two kids. We also had a good experience with the property managers, internet cut out one day, and someone was over at the unit to fix it within a couple hours. Would definitely stay there again! Two flags, the unit has a fair amount of stairs to the unit and within in, if mobility is an issue. It is also close to the road - the noise didn't bother us at all as the road isn't super busy, but those who are sensitive to road noise might find it bothersome.
This was a beautiful location and I will definitely stay there again. It has a lot of room and the decor was beautiful.
