Ideal location. Amazing lanai

We stayed 7 days , myself with my wife and two kids, 12 and 15. The place is as advertised and even better than we hoped. Quiet location with wonderful views of ocean sunsets from the lanai and the soothing sounds of the waves accompanied me with my morning coffee. The beach is a short walk, so convenient as no car use was necessary. We would often go towards Mokapu Beach Park and Ulua Beach. This was a great area for snorkeling in the early mornings. The unit came with a well equipped kitchen. There was also 4 beach chairs we used and even a couple of boogie boards the kids used a few times. When we wanted to dine out downtown Kihei was just a short drive as well as quick access to local grocery stores. Before arriving Simone was responsive to our questions and when the control for one of the ceiling fans was not working she had a replacement battery dropped off, on a Sunday that happened to be Father’s Day no less. We hope to one day return and will definitely try to book this unit again. Highly recommend!
Simone's place was absolutely one of the best I've stay at on VRBO and I don't say that lightly as I've traveled a lot. To begin, the place looks exactly as its listing photos. The setting and view is absolutely beautiful, amongst being a small jaunt down to the pool. Next the bed was gloriously comfortable and while I was jetlagged I was VERY happy to stay in bed and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for breakfast lunch and dinner. The back lanai off the bedroom was great to hang our wet suits on the tree to dry. The back lanai was so peaceful to enjoy our dinners and the sunsets were perfect. Getting in was super easy with a nice easy code to remember to unlock the place. parking was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here, it is such a dream and you get so much more than what you pay for. Plus, Simone was quick with response if we had any questions or needs.

Other places we stayed only have sliding doors, which can’t be locked on the outside.We didn’t need to contact Simone for much but when we did she was very responsive and helpful.ConsA bit tired, could use a coat of paint in some areas.Towels, just my preference, but I like white towels. Or at least solid colours without texture. Long and short, I would stay here again and would recommend it.
Beautiful place, absolutely gorgeous ocean view, which was hard to say by pics, so it was a great surprise! May definitely recommend, we had a great time.
We really enjoyed our stay! Really nice apartment and very thoughtful host. (We had originally booked for a year ago but had to cancel due to the fires, and Simone could not have been more helpful.) So happy we were able to make it this year!
We had an amazing time at this Wailea Ekahi townhome. The view off the patio is amazing for sunsets, and ocean views. We love the close proximity to Keawakapu Beach, just a hundred yards or so to the beach. The access through the resort pool area is also perfect, with beach showers in the resort area. We will definitely be back.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property that felt just like home. It truly is steps from the quiet pool and less than 5 mins from the beach and a second pool. The place was clean, comfortable, and replete with all the essentials. Simone was quick to respond with questions and was utterly gracious. Thanks for making our stay in Maui such a memorable one. We can’t wait for our return to Wailea and won’t hesitate to rebook this property!
Third or fourth visit to this unit now, so obviously very happy with it and look forward to each return. The unit itself and location are primo, but what sets it apart for us is engaging with the property manager, Simone, who's the absolute best! Besides being exceptional at her job (with "nice little differentiating touches" says the wife), Simone is super friendly, flexible, and good with comms. An A+ every time.
Really enjoyed the property. Clean, well equipped, great location. Would happily look to stay there again.

Well appointed, comfortable, well located unit. Pictures are very accurate and communication with owner was great. Would definitely recommend.
We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect, can’t wait to come back.
All the furniture feels dated.
