We had a very comfortable stay at this condo in Wailea. The property is very beautiful and felt like home. Conveniently located close to the beach (about 5 minutes drive). Parking space is in front of the property (very convenient). There are plenty of restaurants and shops located within a walking distance from the property. We walked to Monkeypod one night, with our children (ages 7 and 10). It was a nice, easy walk. We loved that the property had laundry machines on site (located on the lanai). We used their beach chairs (4 available) and beach towels daily. Beds were very comfortable. The kids said they loved their room and beds. Kitchen was super convenient since we were traveling with kids. Fully loaded kitchen with all basic household items. We were able to make omelets, pancakes and tea daily. The pool was our favorite place. Never crowded, we had it to ourselves 90% of the time we went. Our children loved the kids pool and hot tub. Bathrooms and bbq grills conveniently located next to the pools. Chris was very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. He was always quick to respond (via text). Very nice guy. Overall, great stay. No regrets. We came back very happy. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.
We had an amazing time in Maui! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The location was ideal, walkable to the Wailea shops and Akamai Coffee with plenty of great dining options nearby. Chris was a great and helpful host!
Overall, we were pleased with our Vrbo rental in Wailea which contributed to a very nice vacation in Maui. Here are a few details:The Good:Beach chairs and umbrella were in good condition and were used for our frequent visits to the beaches in Maui. Large beach towels were available for use on the beach. Great location in a very nice upscale area in Wailea with a parking stall close to the condo entry door. Quiet at night. 30 min drive to the airport (OGG).A few restaurants are within walking distance. Best ones include Monkeypod Kitchen in Wailea but be sure to make a reservation ahead of time.Refrigerator worked well keeping items cold and freezer helped us freeze our water bottles.Small Cooler on rollers with a handle was available for use at the beach. Ceiling fans worked well. Washer dryer funtioned well. Lanai outside the back door was very nice and quiet overlooking a very nice garden area and tennis courts in the distance.The Bad:Dishwasher broke and we were left without a dishwasher for the last couple days.Air conditioner failed in main room but was quickly fixed and was working later that day. Air conditioners are a bit noisy. Very poor lighting for mirror in bathroom. Stove light burned out. Very noisy bathroom fan.Occasional noise from floor above ceiling due to running feet.
Stayed for 3 nights the day we landed there was a tsunami alert and the homeowner was in constant contact making proper recommendations for our safety I would and will stay here everytime ,very clean and comfortable the oools are excellent and it’s close to a lot of stores thank you for making our stay that much better,

Super easy to get to, great location, plenty of room, good A/C—superb communication in advance from owner to make arrival a breeze! Enjoyed it!
Everything about this condo was delightful. We enjoyed the location with nearby shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The complex itself was beautiful and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and the primary bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The AC worked great. Beach/pool towels and portable chairs were provided, which was great. As a note, though, I would have really appreciated a cooler and umbrella for the beach. I’d definitely recommend this place to a couple or small family.
I stayed here 2/28-3/7. The pictures did not do this place justice. It was very pretty & lots of space. No problems finding the condo or getting in the unit. There was 2 Shower heads in the HUGE master bathroom. I didn’t expect beach towels, chairs, & all the kitchen & bathroom supplies that were provided! Wow! The area is very quiet. The location is perfect. Only a 10 minute walk to the Wailea shops, restaurants & beach. It is uphill coming back. I had to stop & take a quick break bc of my heart issues. But that didn’t stop me from going daily. I loved having an AC unit in every room! Cause we could finally control the temperature where needed. My hubby likes it cold and we do not. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or fix any problems I had about the condo. Even recommended places to eat. Can’t wait to come back!
We (wife, daughter and I) stayed two weeks. The place is as described… updated, clean and quiet. We enjoyed everything about the area including the closeness to retail shops, golf and grocery stores. Chris was an excellent host. His communications were spot on and he went above and beyond by sharing thoughts on a storm that blew in on our second day. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
Perfectly located near dining, shopping, golf and beach. Chris was a very solicitous and helpful host. Some features are a little bit dated, but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable and spacious unit in the heart of Wailea/Kihei area. Well appointed with beach chairs, towels etc. Owners quick to respond to minor maintenance issue.
We had a wonderful stay, the worst part was having to leave! Communication with the host was excellent, particularly in coordinating gear rental for our toddler and the gracious accommodation of our late flight time on the day of our departure. This particular unit has a very private balcony and is very close to the bbqs and kids pool. Located in a quiet complex minutes from the best beaches in Maui. Already looking forward to our next trip!
this was an amazing property - clean, comfortable, had everything we needed (LOVED the beach chairs and umbrella!) and communication with the host was incredible. The location is ideal - short walk to shops and restaurants and easy drive to beaches. Highly recommend!

This condo is close to The Wailea shops, beaches and a wonderful walk along the water. You will walk past Wailea Beach Resort, Grand Wailea, The Four Seasons and The Fairmont Kea Lani to name a few.
The complex has two pools and there is a tennis club very close.
We had a very relaxing week here. Thanks for having us.
We went to maui for a family reunion. With family all over the island we chose Wailea to stay because its so beautiful and wonderfully cared for. I truly enjoyed our stay at wailea living! It was a comfortable reprieve from all of our activities during the week. I especially loved that unit had some cooking spices and a washer and dryer in the unit. I will recommend!
We stayed here in July 2024 as a family of 4 and had a great time. The picture and listing photos are 100% accurate. The unit stays very cool with a great cross breeze from the front screen door to the lanai (or you can use the 3 AC units). The kitchen had many of the essentials (and many extras) stocked - made things so much more convenient! Of note, the unit contained a high quality beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs - great when you are a family of 4. Owner was super helpful and accommodating when the airline changed flight dates on us unexpectedly.
We'll certainly look to book this great property again!
The condo was great! We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and check in was super simple. Appreciate that the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds, that was perfect for us. Such a nice condo and the location is great. Would stay here again if we came back to Maui.
Chris is a great host and so easy to work with. Very clear and detailed instructions on check in and check out. Condo was exactly as advertised. My family had a great experience and would highly recommend to others.
Our stay was only 5 days arriving on Monday and leaving on Friday. That was not long enough for us. Location and condition was very good and we were all very comfortable while there. Mostly used as a home base to prep meals, sleep, and plan excursions for the did. I was able to get in the hot tub and pool 2 nights, but pretty exhausted when done for the day so that was it.
Overall a great experience and if this unit is available next time we get back to Maui I'll be booking it again.
