Fantastic location overlooking golf course and Maui sunsets. Short walk to adult pool. Bed was comfortable and AC worked fine. Only negative is cutlery was not all clean and not all areas had been vacuumed prior to arrival. Plus a Kleenex box was full of ants on arrival. Instructions from owner were good.

This 1 BR, 2 bath, for 3 people, was Perfect for a Waimea week long stay ! Walking distance to amazing snorkeling, and shops, including a gourmet market! Short drive to several additional snorkeling spots, PLUS Keihe for shopping and boat ramp/snorkel 1/2 Day trip. Lastly, LOVED the bidet! Excellent addition!

We had a great time in Maui Grand Champions 74 is a great place to stay. Location is great, view is amazing. Open floor plan and has an overall great feel. My complaint and I wouldn't lower my rating over it is the AC unit turns on and off all night long. And the window coverings need to be replaced especially in the bedroom. There is a light outside the window and shines right in the room. Get some blackout in bedroom and new shades at Lanai. That being said I would stay here again, and we enjoyed our stay!
We love this particular unit. We actually have it booked for October. We have stayed here multiple times. The full ocean view is incredible!
This condo is in a very good location on the property with great views and great neighbours. The condo was very clean and we had absolutely no issues during our stay that required us to contact anyone for assistance.

The property was as described. It is an older complex and as such a bit dated, with some minor wear issues. The sliding glass door to the lanai was very stiff and was a bigger concern. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. All of that said, loved the keyless entry, air conditioning worked great, view from lanai was spectacular, kitchen and bathrooms were functional and had everything one would need. The unit is spacious and generally comfortable. Proximity to beaches, restaurants, shopping and walking is second to none from our perspective on Maui.
The property was very nice and excellently located for our purpose of playing golf Lanai right on the second hole of blue course of Wailea. The only thing was the sliding glass door was a bit sticky opening and closing and took a while to get used to TV and using properly.

We have stayed at several different condos at this property and they have all been great—that is why we keep coming back. The property is maintained very well with great attention to detail. The pools and hot tubs are great for lounging. However the no splash and no horseplay rules were not being enforced. Many children and inconsiderate parents were allowing their children to ignore these rules. The property does not have fitness center. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance. It is a shirt drive to Makena state beach. The carpet in this u it had recently been updated which was nice. The bathrooms were very dated and the sliding shower door in the master bath was not sliding. The kitchen was also very dated with the cabinets needing some repair and maybe replacement. The cookware was nice and in good conditions and the knives were sharp. We had everything that was need to cook and grill an amazing surf and turf dinner. The u it has two window air conditioners which were more than adequate. The unit is positioned so that there is a very nice breeze that flows through the unit. The parking space is located right by a speed bump which made parking our large rental car a challenge. The layout of the condo was very comfortable and had a very home like feeling. This was the first unit that we stayed at this property that did not have a beach umbrella.

I loved the view from this condo! The unit was clean and well equipped although I didn’t do any cooking! This area is perfect. Shops and restaurants nearby. Love Matteo’s - ask for Mike or Kiana! I have stayed in Grand Champions a number of times. I would stay in this condo again. The managers are very helpful if needed.
