Great stay, lots of beach items. Perfect for our group. We wished the twins could convert to a king but that couldn't happen. Knives were a bit of an issue but otherwise well stocked with minor spices salt oil etc.

Great View from the living room and the wrap around Lanai. Additional balcony adjacent to the primary bedroom. Spacious unit easily accommodated 5 adults. Viktoria and Brandon are great managers and respond to inquires in a timely manner.

We spent a week in Maui at this location and it was the best experience in staying at a VRBO location. The condo had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest are pot holders for cooking. Other than that it was well equipped and clean. The whole family enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be returning to this condo.

Condo was dirty, items left under bed (liquor bottles)mattresses dirty. Carpet needed cleaning. Air conditioners dirty. Washer took 2 hour to wash. Had to have cleaning team come in while we were there to clean what they could. Bedding dirty had to have beds stripped and new bedding put on.

Had great time during staying at this unit. Loot out directly to goft course as well as the ocean as the unit is on the corner. The condo complex locates in excellent location in my opinion. Great communication/responses or notification from the agency who manages the unit. On the minus, household supplies for bathroom or kitchen were short for my 10 days stay. Kitchen utensils aren't clean. Overall I satisfied during my stay but not pass 80% so give it a 4 stars.

Located in the center of Wailea, close to restaurants, beaches and stores. We picked a condo so we could cook in for part of the meals. We found ourselves having to get creative as the kitchen only had the basics. A cookie sheet would have been very helpful Also the coffee pot leaked on the counter, needs replacing. I found a 4 cup pot in a cabinet so that was a bonus. Overall the entire place was not cleaned well before our arrival. Crumbs on the counters, banana bread on the floor under the barstools, hair balls on the carpet in the master, I could go on. We paid a hefty cleaning fee for this rental. The only thing I reported to property management was the lack of supplies in the second bathroom, the master bath was fully stocked. They were attentive as they sent someone with supplies, nearly 2 hours after our call. For the price we paid, I expected better. With Covid on the rise I did not feel like the space was well cleaned and left me feeling the need to disinfect myself.
