It was the perfect location. I was attending a conference at the Wailea Beach Resort and did not want to pay the exorbitant prices.This property is a gem. It’s a very spacious one bedroom with 2 full baths.
Great location and views. Could do better on cleanliness. A/C filters need cleaning badly… awesome little condo, would live there again.
The property is close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and all the fun things to do down south. Great communication with owner. The place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are 2 heated pools which I miss but they are very nice. We are already planning on coming back next year! Mahalo!
We had a beautiful 10 day vacation in Maui close to family that lives there as well. This condo was beautiful, spacious and so clean. Hope to stay here again on another visit, the property manager is very communicative and dependable. Thank you so much.
Third time staying at GC. Great spot - convenient to shopping and restaurants in the area. I love walking from GC to the hotels and along the beachfront. There is a Market on Tuesdays across the street, cute shops and delicious coffee at Akamai. Had a couple of little issues in the condo but the owner was right on it which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
We always stay at Grand Champions when visiting Maui and have to say this is one of the best units we’ve stayed in! The golf course view is beautiful, it’s well supplied, comfortable bed and couches, and we’re looking forward to staying in this unit on our next visit!
We recently stayed at this Grand Champions condo in Maui for two weeks, and it was the perfect hub for all our activities on the island. The condo was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a serene escape. It was well-equipped for both poolside relaxation and beach adventures, with every detail thoughtfully considered—even the kitchen knives were sharp, which made meal prep a breeze.
One of our favorite features was the condo patio, which faced west and offered stunning views of the Pacific. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and, in the evenings, to watch breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine.
The location was unbeatable. Just a few minutes' walk took us to beautiful beaches, a great walking trail, fantastic restaurants, shopping options, and the luxurious resorts and golf courses of Wailea. We loved the convenience of having everything so close by.
The condo owners are exceptional hosts, clearly taking great pride in their property. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a wonderful experience for guests was evident throughout our stay.
Overall, this condo was an ideal base for exploring Maui and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!
We have stayed at three other Grand Champion condos, and this one was the best-stocked, neatest, and well-supplied. Everything was stocked/provided, including beach chairs, pod laundry detergent, grilling utensils, iron and beach towels. The couches were super comfortable and well-maintained. (no wear). Great view from first-floor condo, noting not quite as expansive as the second floor, but all the same a very good view and quiet. The tvs where fine, but all truth we never even turned them on :) The Owners provide great directions as well as local restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with the unit and would return again.
We have stayed at the Wailea Grand Champions Property a few times. This particular condo was among the best. Thank you to the host for the great accommodations. They have everything you would need and its those little details that make a good property exceptional. I can highly recommend.
