Wailea Elua is a beautiful, well maintained property with wonderful onsite staff in a prime location in Wailea. This unit is in a great location near the fantastic pool and very close to the gorgeous Ulua beach. However, the unit is pretty dated, appeared more so in person than in the photos. Additionally, the lanai is immediately adjacent to the parking lot spaces. Also, the mattress is really hard if that is an issue for you. Finally, there was quite a bit of noise that could be heard from the upstairs unit (screaming kids) through the closed windows. We have stayed in a different unit previously and loved it, just would not recommend this particular unit unless you are planning to not spend much time in it or are looking for a cheaper unit in a very good complex.

All was great, location, cleanliness, property, etc. The only complaint was the firmness of the bed. I was sore following the stay. Once they correct that, perfect rental. Elua is a great community.

Except for the pandemic related issues with ground transportation on Maui, we had a great getaway. This unit was clean and comfortable and located and a great spot near the beach and the beach path. We walked everywhere.

It was a great experience renting property here at Wailea. Registration and the welcoming as we arrived were both excellent. Everyone there was so kind and willing to help us with everything. I highly recommend people wanting to spend time in Maui to stay here . The beaches are lovely and there are restaurants close by if people enjoy going out. We did go out two times but we loved using the patio by the pool to barbecue at dinner time as well as having meals in the condo with family and friends who were there also. We all truly had a great time . Thank you!
Close to ocean..not waterfront but can see ocean and hear waves in night with open window. Great location and ambiance
Elua is a beatiful complex and ideally located for a quiet, peaceful holiday.
Although the unit is not new, it is well maintained and the management is attentive and efficient.
