We've been staying here for 3 decades with four generations of our family. Absolutely love it.
We loved our stay at Elua Village and the view from the condo is definitely one of the best. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are comfortable. All of our booking questions were answered promptly and assistance on-site was also quick. The only downsides for us (grandma) were the stairs and the longer path to front door than most condos and the living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable for everyone to hang out.
Great accommodations, Briana (property management) was very helpful, Elua Village is the best Maui location. Had a wonderful stay & rebooked for next year.
We have stayed at the Elua resort a few times, and this was the best! The location, how the condo was appointed, we loved absolutely everything! We hope to be back!
Very nice. Furniture placement and functionality in main living room not great. Outdoor furniture in somewhat disrepair. Outdoor table umbrella broken and unusable from day one. Good AC system and everything else very nice. Would return to property but another unit esp at this price point.
Our family of 4 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Elua #1308. This time of the year is my favorite on Maui and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with a Keurig and coffee maker and there is a storage closet with everything you need for the beach! This condo is one of the best at Elua as it’s front and center facing the beach with spectacular view. We would definitely stay here again!

Our son, daughter in law and granddaughters stayed in this unit. It was an incredible vacation for them. The condo is extremely well stocked, great decor and incredible views. Wrap around deck with ocean views spanning the beach resort walk to the Ulua beach reef. The amenities at Waila Elua village are awesome. Fantastic pool pavillon and beach access. Beautiful grounds. Awesome location. It was truly a dream vacation!
Beautiful, clean, great location
Fantastic location. Palms in the breeze, sounds of the surf rolling in, sandy beach two minutes away.
The unit is very comfortable and the wrap around deck is a great place to eat/imbibe while watching the action down on the beach.
Very quiet area: except when the lawn is being mowed, which thankfully was only once during our seven days.
Management extremely helpful. A gust came up, tipped over the umbrella and shattered a glass table top.
Our contact people were solicitous, making sure we were ok first, and then bringing a new table as soon as they could.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had an amazing stay in this unit. Clean, everything you could possibly need, and just an amazing spot on the ocean. Best place we have stayed in Maui! We hope to return!
Elua 1308 is an amazing property, great view of the ocean and beach and easy access to amenities. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.
We loved our stay here! The condo was so nicely furnished, and in a perfect location. The owner was very easy to work with, and keeps a closet stocked with all the things you need to enjoy the beach. Can’t wait to return!
It’s simply a wonderful place. Probably one of the nicest locations in Wailea.
