Well located with view, quiet most of the time, well furnished. Need new door stop on front screen door and also the right sliding door in the main room needs replaced or adjusted—-very hard to close and almost impossible to lock!
Great location, beautiful view. Quiet, but it was July and seemed quiet overall in entire condo complex. Had pool to ourselves. Well stocked. Good A/C, maybe a little noisy in bedrooms, but nothing terrible. Photos on site are accurate. Clean enough, but not sparkling clean, so 4 stars. Would stay there again. Thank you very much.
Had a great time in the very relaxing and quiet condo. Communication with the property manager was great and they checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. Kitchen was well equipped and beach supplies were much appreciated. We didnt need A/C at all because fans were perfect in every room. Could use some soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower - we only got a tiny, one-time use bottle for the 7 days we were there. I bought a large soap/shampoo because we didnt want to call housekeeping every day to ask for soap. Also, it looked much closer to the beach on the map. But the hill makes it hard to walk, especially carrying all the beach stuff. We ended up driving more than expected. Overall, had an amazing time here - thank you!
Overall very nice, property needs a little care in several areas but we would stay there again.
Check-in was seamless. Had a beautiful view of the ocean breathtaking sunsets. Would definitely come back to this property.

We enjoyed the view from the patio. Highly recommend you bring binoculars if you visit during whale watching season. Had 2 minor issues. The smoke alarm went off twice when showering in the master bath. There needs to be a vent fan to prevent this from happening. The air conditioner in the secondary bedroom has issues. It rattles even on the quiet setting but at least the quiet setting doesn't bother the neighbors.
Our stay exceeded our expectations! We never used the AC. Rare in our experience was how well all windows and doors worked. Having most lights in rheostats and lots of ceiling fans was appreciated. The unit was well equipped and supplied. The view is better than the photos! We could spot whales almost every time we sat down on the patio. When we had maintenance/ housekeeping issues shortly after arrival, the manager took care of them incredibly quickly!
