Condo was in a great location. Had an odd encounter with the woman who was supposed to inspect the property. We arrived 30 minutes early and were reprimanded by this woman in an accusatory and very unprofessional manor. Was not an ideal interaction to have on vacation. 2nd bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Beach chairs and coolers were broken or unusable. Well equipped kitchen but no extras at all. No washing detergent for laundry, salt/pepper…but there were leftover potato chips in a cupboard. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again. Very expensive in comparison to other u it’s we stayed at in kapalua.
Great unit very clean. So nice to have ample laundry soap, lotion, etc. Good view of ocean. Wish it was a little closer to beach.
The property was very nice. My only complaints would be that the lanai furnituire needs to be updated (new seat cushions and table) and instructions to work the TVs would have alleviated some frustration. Two remote controls for each of the TVs were supplied in order to operate them, which caused some confusion. Also, the unit needs to be treated for ants promtply. Noticed numerous samll ants on the kitchen countertop when we first arrived but was able to control them by purchasing ant spray and continually spraying the countertop surface every couple of days.
We enjoyed the property. It is a very convenient location.
I would like to make a couple of suggestions to improve this property.
In suite safe.
Patio furniture needs recovering, and table replaced.

Guest bedroom has a horrible bed and drastically needs improvement.
It was a very quiet and fulfilling time.
The room was clean and had all the amenities.
However, the shower had weak water pressure and was difficult to use.
It would have been nice if the shower head was movable .
The home has an amazing floorplan for 2 couples. The location and sunset views are amazing. The home could have been cleaner, but I am picky in that department. The beds had a topper with ill-fitting sheets. It was like wrestling with the bed all night. Our main disappointment was the management company. We ordered umbrellas when we booked the room, and they were not there. They could not deliver them as the staffing was shorthanded, so we had to go to their office to pick them up. Lastly, we had 4 rolls of TP for 4 bottoms for 10 days. The management company would not supply enough for our stay.

Wailea is a special place and the properties in this community are absolutely perfect. This property was the best so far! Updated and modern, very clean! Only noted that unlike many other rentals this rental didn't have many extras/leftovers like coffee, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise this was a fantastic place and I would definitely stay again!
Two couples stayed at the property. We had a wonderful time during our week there. The sunset was absolutely beautiful! The view from the lanai was just stunning!!! The property sits on top of a hill overlooking the golf course and to the water below. We watched it every night. The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated throughout! Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Some are within walking distance, and some within a few minutes drive. We would stay here again!!!
