Fantastic view. A short walk to market and beach. Comfortable bed. AC great. Central to our favorite restaurants Ferraros, Oao, MisoPhat and KOISO!!! Akamai coffee just below open at 0600! There are easy 3-5 mile walks at the shore. Maui at its best.
Wonderful location! We loved the proximity to the shops, restaurants and the ocean view.

Great central location, large apt for 2 people with great view of ocean. Very clean and helpful to have beach chairs and washing machine. Very easy communication with manager. Great for honeymoon
The condo location was great for us. The area was quiet and relaxing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The view was outstanding! It was great to have an outdoor sofa to lounge on and soak in the view. We were also only a few steps from the pool and we could walk to the nearby shops. There were also some sand toys, pool noodles, boogie boards and an umbrella in one of the closets which was great. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Great unit in a well-maintained and quiet complex - the perfect spot to celebrate Christmas. The pool was quiet and had shady spots at all hours of the day, which is appreciated when travelling with a child. The unit was well-equipped and as advertised. We look forward to returning!
The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. We slept great in the very comfortable bed and loved having two bathrooms and in unit washer and dryer. The sunset views from the condo were spectacular. The kitchen was adequate for preparing meals with upgraded kitchen appliances. Cheyenne, the property manager was very pleasant and quickly addressed a problem we had with the AC unit.The reason for the 4 ratings for listing accuracy and location had to do with it being walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. It is true that those things are close and probably walkable for some; however, our boomer knees didn’t like that all those places required walking up and down hills. We do not have mobility issues, but some of the hills were a bit steep. The BBQ was also a long walk down hill and then uphill back to condo.

This unit must have the best sunsets in the complex, and the location gives easy access to the shops of Wailea (a 10 minute walk), and is close to Makena, Wailea beaches and beach path, Kihei shops and beaches.

This is a return visit to this property for my wife and me. Ekolu is a large development, and this unit is centrally located - near the pool and office. Eveyone raves over the view - which is fantastic. But we appreciate that it's well equipped and furnished. A magical stay and I don't think it will be our last.
We enjoyed the quiet vibe at Ekolu and enjoyed the gorgeous sweeping ocean views from the lanai. The property was well appointed with all we needed for cooking. There were a couple things we felt needed attention. The living area rug curled and was a trip hazard. The bed was comfortable but the legs were exposed and it was easy to stub a toe. Our stay was several months ago so these issues may have been corrected. Overall we would recommend this property.
Our stay here was much more than what the pictures could’ve shown. The view of the ocean is spectacular the condo is great and Dave the owner is the best!
Great property! The view was spectacular and time spent just hanging out on the lanai and even the view from indoors was so beautiful and relaxing! You could just stay in and enjoy most of the day! Updated appliances, super clean, and well equipped. Loved it all! Close to awesome snorkeling and the best sundown walking path on the beach in front of the resorts. Hope to be back again someday!
Fabulous panoramic view, comfortable accommodations, well appointed condo, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Beautiful Lanai setting & comfortable furnishings.
Dave was very responsive throughout our planning & while we were in the condo. Sure hope we get to come back some day. This is a keeper condo/vacation. Mahalo!
Everything was supremely wonderful. A couple of small things needed to be fixed, but they weren’t things that would ruin our trip in any way. Would definitely return!
Great view of the ocean and nearby islands from the Lanai. Easy layout in the kitchen to find everything you need to prepare a meal. Quiet area, short walk to the pool.
What a view - watched numerous whales from the lanai. Seamless communications with owner and extremely quick response from the Management company onsite in Maui. Listing is extremely accurate and very clean. Looking forward to returning.
This is such a beautiful airy condo with stunning views from the lanai. The best beaches in Maui are a short drive away. The property is beautifully landscaped and so quiet.

Loved our stay! Spacious accommodations and clean. The views are stunning! We enjoyed our coffees each morning on the lanai. We visit Maui each year and this Wailea location is close to everything we love to do.

Fantastic view, good & convenient location, roomy accommodation.
AC in the bedroom didn’t work. The pool closest to the unit was closed for maintenance. The cable tv system was not user friendly. We were not notified of any of these inconveniences prior to check in.
