Directions to property were confusing. When I called to find location manager was very confused. Like he knew something was wrong. Instead of saying I didn’t prepare your property and it’s dirty he let us walk into a disgusting condo. Food on floor bed just slept in. Towels in washer. Called him 11 times before he finally responded “I will have someone come clean it give me 3 hours” it was 7 pm in Maui. Then he said I will comp you the night (never happened) he did Venmo me for dinner but was a horrible way to start out our trip. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY
Had a wonderful months long stay at Ekolu 207!Daniel accommodated all our requests.They supplied us with enough product for our stay. Check in/check out process was no problem.
This condo is in the perfect location in Wailea. Easily walk to dinner, lunch, coffee, shopping, beach or drinks. Golf is also a 5 minute walk. This vacation home is immaculate and is furnished with everything one would need.
Overall, this place was great. The location was just what we were looking for - walking distance to coffee, restaurants and the beach. The lanai had a nice view and provided a nice place to relax out of the sun. We requested and were granted a late check-out, which was very much appreciated.
The only real issues we had was with communication after we arrived. The kitchen sink stopped working and while we received a timely acknowledgement of the issue, I was told I would be notified when it could be fixed and I also shared that we wanted to be at the house when someone came. When we arrived back later, the sink had been fixed, making it clear someone had entered without contacting us first. When I brought this up, I received no response. Second, I reached out later on to ask for the TV code as it was not listed on the check-in information and did not receive a response until two days later. Minor, but still would've expected a quicker response. Lastly, we were contacted by management on our second to last day to see when they could stop by as they had a gift for us, but after providing times, no further follow-up was made and no one stopped by, so it raised questions as to why they wanted to know when we would or would not be at the house. The only other message that was received was the day after check-out thanking us for the stay and an apology and offer for a future stay due to the sink malfunction.
In summary, it's a nice place, but some things to be aware of.
Renovations were excellent. Property in great location with good view. All amenities available. Would stay again.
Location is everything and we are surrounded by the top resorts on the island with shared beach front access to the crystal waters where multiple sea turtles swam up while we were enjoying the sun. The condo feels secluded within a garden and at the same time has wide open views to the gulf course and gorgeous ocean landscape. The decor and appliances are top-notch allowing for some amazing porch side breakfast and lunches. We are also walking distance to the pools, shops at Wilea and multiple eateries. Once you stay here, you’ll never want to pay for the small resort rooms again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacation experience.
