Luxurious Tropical Retreat - Unit 31D is truly "one-of-kind"!
Ideally located overlooking the lower Ekahi Village, Unit 31D provides our guests with the best of everything Maui has to offer: spectacular views, privacy and a short stroll to the beach and main pool.
With the best views in the Ekahi Village, the main lanai provides you views of the ocean, Molokini Crater and the isle of Kaho'olawe while from the bedroom lanai there are terrific "up-country" views of the slope of Haleakala volcano. These views combined with the surrounding tropical grounds of the Greenbelt shows our guests the best of South Maui.
While the views are varied and spectacular, this location also provides privacy and a certain level of seclusion. As an upper level unit, 31D literally places you "above it all", and with no directly neighboring buildings, our guests enjoy a unique level of privacy rarely found on Maui.
Then there's the beach ... Keawakapu Beach. Within a few minutes you can walk from Unit 31D's views and seclusion to a world-class white sand beach. Keawakapu Beach is located at the base of the Ekahi Greenbelt just past the Ekahi Main Pool and Pool Pavilion. On Keawakapu Beach you can sit on the soft white sands or play in the clear blue Maui waters. If snorkeling is your thing, there is a rocky outcropping and reef just beyond the Ekahi gate. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and snorkel masks and fins are all provided.
Unit 31D is a study in modern luxury living featuring a Master Suite, Great Room, Modern Kitchen, Powder Room, and 2 Lanais. The spacious living space is smartly accented with tropical art and decor and the kitchen features granite counter tops with modern appliances. Brand new Air Conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, HD television with cable and free WiFi are all available for our guest's convenience and comfort. Paradise Found!
Beyond the Ekahi Village you can explore The Shops at Wailea, Kihei Town and several championship golf courses all within a few minutes drive.
Please note BBQ's are no longer allowed on the lanais for private use as per Maui fire code. However, there are BBQs located at the Pavilion and quiet pool for use by guests on a first come, first serve basis.
The complex also features a pickle ball court, you bring the skill, we provide paddles and balls. Be sure to check out the new gym located at the pavilion.
