Location of property and condition was excellent.
There were many things about this condo that were 5 stars-the view from the kitchen, lanai, and living room could not have been better-incredible ocean views and sunsets, the kitchen was tastefully remodeled and well equipped, the living room and dining room were attractively furnished and comfortable, and the property manager was easily accessible, friendly, and immediately responsive. The aspect of the condo that prevented me from giving it a 5 star rating across the board was the condition of the bedroom. The mattress itself was very comfortable, but the bedroom furnishings were dated, worn out, and in need of repair. The bathrooms were clean and functional but not recently remodeled. This condo would be completely fantastic if the bedroom was updated.

We just finished our second stay at this spectacular place. The unit is exceptional, clean and very homey with the most gorgeous views ever. We absolutely love it! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise.

Kevin’s property is a well-appointed and very comfortable property with some of the best ocean views in the entire Ekahi complex. We enjoyed our meals on the lanai watching the whales and appreciating the gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The king-size bed is very comfortable.

This condo is situated in a premium location of the Ekahi Village complex. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the ocean from the lanai, kitchen, and living room. The lanai is mostly protected from the sun so you can use it all day long.The condo was nicely decorated with handsome and comfortable furniture in the living room. The air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom kept the condo at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The kitchen is beautifully updated with ample dishware, pots and pans, and appliances required to cook a meal. The condo was very quiet throughout the night since we didn't hear any street noises or cars coming and going. This has been our favorite property we have ever stayed at over 40 years, and we would definitely stay here again! The only negative aspect to this property is the location of the lanai located directly below this condo. The lanai below only has a trellis for a covering, so you can hear the conversations of those guests when you're using your lanai. It felt intrusive to hear their conversations and diminished the serene atmosphere. However, this issue wouldn't keep us from renting this condo again since the positive aspects far outweigh this one negative issue.
Everything about this condo was first rate. Everything worked, had no issues with anything. View from the Lanai is spectacular!
The property is situated perfectly for watching sunsets and for walking to the beach and pool. Quiet upper unit. Very well appointed--had everything we needed from beach equipment to fully stocked kitchen. Had a little more wear and tear than we expected, but very clean.

No marble statues, no waterfalls, no koi ponds, no valet parking, just quiet relaxation and a stupendous view from the lanai.
My husband and I spent 11 nights in this unit and it was perfect for two people. The unit is very well-stocked with all kitchen/cooking needs and there was a great supply of outdoor items - umbrellas, lawn chairs, etc.
Gorgeous view from the lanai and close enough to the beach to hear the surf. Perfect spot.
Simone, the on-site property manager, was absolutely fantastic and addressed one minor issue immediately.

The home was gorgeous and the views were spectacular. It was a bit far from the beach as my wife recently has some mobility issues. The main pavilion is beautiful and right on the beach. The facilities were excellent. The pickleball court was in great shape too. The bbqs were under repair so not great and unfortunately that is how we like to cook in Maui. Management could do better with bbq maintenance Overall great place and great location right on the beach
We had an awesome time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at this condo! The views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!
This unit is absolutely outstanding. From the first contact to the stay itself, everything was first class. The view of course, is fabulous. The unit is extremely well equipped. I can’t think of a single thing that’s missing. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
This was our second time at 14D. It is a lovely, clean beautifully appointed condo whith a fabulous lanai that has one of the best panoramic views. We spent almost every morning with our coffee looking at the view from our lanai. I only wish we were able to stay longer. Until next time.

The condo has a wonderful view. We enjoyed sitting outside for our meals every day. It is very close walking distance to the pool and the beach.

IMHO, probably one of the best views in the Ekhai Village community. Very nice accommodation with everything you could possible need to make your stay a pleasure. Even the kitchen knives were sharp enough to prepare a pineapple, unlike a number of previous units we have stayed in at other locations. The location is also ideal for accessing activities like snorkeling and playing in the surf. The bed was very comfortable which helps when you're a little jet lagged although the bedroom could use some blackout shades because it gets light early and the current shades let a lot of that light in. There were a couple of inconveniences that we encountered during our stay that hopefully will be resolved sometime soon for future guests. Simone, the property manager was very responsive to inquiries. Would go back again without hesitation.
Great view and very clean unit.
This is a beautifully decorated, well stocked upper level Ekahi condo with the most spectacular panoramic views down the greenbelt to the ocean. Best Maui sunsets while enjoying evening cocktails on the lanai. Both owners and their local reps were very accommodating and helpful. We have stayed at several condos in this complex over the years, and 14D is the best by far.

We had a great time at Ekahi 14D. The view was even more amazing in person than in the pictures, and everything about the condo was exactly as we'd hoped, or better. Checkin was smooth, everything inside the unit worked well, the furniture was comfortable, and we were able to just relax. Thanks for a great stay!
This is a really nice unit in the development. Though upstairs with a smaller lanai, it has a lovely view of the property & ocean. Just takes a minute or two to walk down to the pool & beach area. The unit itself has a nicely remodeled kitchen & is very comfortable & clean.
If like to sit on a lanai and watch whales - this is your place. It is magical.
Our second time staying at this unit and it was again amazing.
The view and unit itself is the best part.
The bed was too soft for my liking and the beach chairs could use replacing.
Besides those two little things it was perfect and I hope to stay there again very soon.
