We stayed here for a family vacation with our three young kids (ages 7, 6, and 3), and overall had a great experience. The location is hard to beat—just a short walk to the beach with convenient access to the pool and pavilion area, which made it easy to bounce between activities with the kids. If your not cooking, Kihei offers great and affordable food options within a 10 minute drive.The condo itself was solid. The murphy bed and pullout couch gave us the flexibility we needed with our crew, and the master bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent, which was a nice bonus after long beach days.There were a couple of small things that could be improved. The beach gear could use a refresh, and the vacuum cleaner didn’t really work. We also would’ve appreciated a few more basic supplies—just one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag made the first day a little inconvenient.That said, the unit worked well for our family and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Would recommend, especially for families with young kids.
My wife and I stayed in this unit for over a week and the unit itself is marvelous. It has great views and is close to the beach. The only drawback was the mattress was so uncomfortable. We could not sleep on it.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, exactly like the listing. Very well equipped for cooking and beach gear. It had sun umbrellas, beach chairs, kids beach toys, beach/pool towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short. The way back is a little bit up hill but totally doable with a stroller. The bbqs were also very close. Would stay here again!
Great VRBO with ocean views and close walking distance to the beach. Condo was clean with no issues. Beach can get crowded but we found if we walked around the point, the beach was deserted. Unfortunately, this condo is next to pickle ball court that started early in the morning and the upstairs unit made quite a bit of noise during our stay.

Perfect condo for our family. Was clean and had almost all the things you would need for your stay. Awesome location to the beach with a beautiful view of the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.
