The Aloha Spirit is Alive and Well in Maui! It's absolutely beautiful. The best beaches , clean air, amazing sunsets, rainbows, humpback whales and wonderful hiking, along with the best restaurants. The people are the best! Lahaina is gone but memories will always be with us. We are surrounded by the beauty everywhere you go on Maui .
Our condominium has been called by our numerous return guests as their Maui home away from home. The Palms at Wailea is nestled in-between Mil$ homes with beautiful tropical landscaping in the Wailea Resort. This is a 2nd floor unit so there are stairs.
My wife and I have been residents of Wailea since 1980. We live right across the street from the Palms so if anything should arise we are right there to take care of it. It is a short 10-15 min. walk to the Shops Of Wailea (great place to relax and people watch. Newly remodeled mall with outdoor seating everywhere, top restaurants/shops) Wailea Hotels are nearby and the best walking/running path along the Ocean. We are 10 min. walk down to the best beaches in all of Maui and 10 min. walk to the Andaz hotel and 15 min. to the Island Gourmet supermarket at The Shops At Wailea with a DELI that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner that you can take out or eat while there.
The location is great! Sunset Views from the Club House and pool /jacuzzi area. Everyone loves The Palms At Wailea. It is a wonderful low rise complex, beautifully landscaped, Only 2 floors and the large lanai's do not connect to another lanai ,so, it makes it very private. Also, the living room/dining room has a wide open floor plan and are not boxy and long like most other condo's in the area. It has a very spacious feeling. Lot's of window's and screen door to let in the breezes.
Just steps to the pool. 5* location.BBQ's are located by BLDG. 4, nearby.
Lot's of new upgrades. Brand new Vinyl wood flooring. New split air conditioning system with 2 units. One next to 2nd bedroom in hallway that cools the entire condo and one in the master-bedroom. 1200 square feet of luxury, wide open floor plan. There are also fans through-out. Beautiful 24"x24" tiles on the lanai and entryway.
The kitchen has everything from rice maker to juicer , coffee grinder & blender. Brand new LG dishwasher and microwave/oven combo by LG along with Granite counter-tops Newly installed reverse osmosis water purification system by the sink.
New sinks ,faucets and plumbing in both bathrooms.
New bedding in 2nd bedroom. New mattress pads in both bedrooms. Mattresses have been professionally steam cleaned and sterilized. Sunken living room with vaulted ceilings. Comfortable furnishings with lots of art work, bright and cheerful. Immaculately clean, non-smoking unit.
Please see what we supply so there are no surprises. We are not a hotel and supply just enough for the first 5 days of your stay. Anything else you will have to supply.
Pool and deck area has ocean views from the Club House. Unit #608, 2nd floor.Condo faces Haleakala, no Ocean Views from the Condo .Set back from the street. Some traffic noise but if you're out and about during the day it is fine. At night it is quiet . We compensate by giving a great rate compared to everything else in the area. One bedrooms go for what we charge.
Large outdoor lanai , with seating for 4 and 2 loungers. There are barbecue grills by Bldg. 4 for your use. We provide 4-Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella , beach towels , 2-boogie boards, a skim board, noodle. . Two flat screen TV's ,WI-FI, and High speed internet , Cable TV and all the comforts of home.
Our condo accomodates 4 guests comfortably. We do have a sleeper couch in living room with an added cost for a 5th person.
