Linda’s villa was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Beautiful view, amazing indoor/outdoor living space. Convenient to everything. It was so nice to snorkel at our beach at 7 a.m., swing by one of the nearby coffee kiosks, pop into the hot tub to warm up and still be back at our villa by 8 a.m. for breakfast on the lanai. We were three couples and had plenty of space for both privacy and for communal gatherings. We do a lot of food prep on vacation and the villa had everything we could think of and much more. We used one refrigerator solely for beverages. Quick, easy in and out parking. The staff at the front desk, gate, the pools and beach went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Quick, clear and gracious communication from owner.
We love the villas. The location and layout of this unit was great. We enjoyed the large balcony and indoor/outdoor living with a view of the water from some spots and not paying the higher prices for upper levels.
1-3 worksThe unit was excellent but the lanai was not at ground level. It was a balcony at the intersection of two streets. There was traffic noise. The landscapers were loud and disruptive. There were no bungalows on the beach. There was virtually no view except buildings in front and on the side of the unit.
This is a great place for our family of 6. 5 stars on everything. Would 100% come back again. Owner is responsive, staff at resort is courteous and pools/beaches are terrific!!
We had a fabulous stay in Wailea for a week in July! Linda the owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. The unit was just as described. The WBV staff was top notch, friendly, communicative and helpful! We traveled with my husband, children ( ages 12-17) and my mother (age 76). The unit fit us all comfortably with 3 full bathrooms- everyone had their own space! A full laundry washer was super helpful! The entry had a few baskets of beach toys, mats, a boogie board, goggles, etc. The unit has 2 full refridgerators and plenty of pantry storage for groceries. We BBQ'd on the balcony 2 of the nights which was wonderful! Door Dash will also deliver to the lobby. All the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of closet space! The unit is as the top of the complex hill which means a downhill walk to the beach and (super easy!) and an uphill walk from the beach to the unit. My husband and kids had no problem with the walk. My mom called the front desk when she needed a ride. They provided a golf cart from the bottom to the top of the hill any time from 8:00am- 8:00pm. They were by to pick her up within 4 minutes of her call- and super friendly! Directly behind the unit is the Wailea Shopping Village filled with restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. This walk is super easy and about 3 minutes away. The entire complex is private and requires a key (sensor wristband) to enter and exit the complex. We will be back!!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Wailea Beach Villas! From the moment we booked, the communication with our host, Linda, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival.The villa itself was perfect. It was well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better, steps from the beach, with great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The resort grounds are immaculate, peaceful, and secure.Linda went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless and memorable. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!
We loved staying at this amazing property. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we hoped for to accommodate our family in Maui. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property, easy access to the beach, and the pool as well. The property staff was kind, friendly, attentive, and they communicate clearly and often which we appreciated. The property owner, Linda, was very responsive when we reached out to her. We loved the close proximity to shopping and dining, and we felt very safe. We’d love to come back in the future and definitely recommend this property. It is an ideal location.

Location of property was the best we've experienced in many visits to Wailea. The condo was the perfect size and layout and in great condition. The staff was excellent and the check in process was as easy as possible. Linda was really responsive and provided everything we needed. We felt so removed from all the hustle bustle of daily life. Our villa was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. We all had such a good time.

Linda’s place is beautiful! The location is great, and the condo is big, with 2 master suites plus another bedroom this condo is the perfect layout for 2 couples/ family’s. Big beautiful deck with a bbq. We loved staying there and would forsure book again!

This our favorite place to stay on Maui. Lovely, well-maintained condo with an ocean view and quick walk to pools and the beach. We spent some time every day at the adult pool, which is a quiet, beautiful setting. The gym was well-equipped. Linda was a responsive and terrific host. Despite a series of thunderstorms with 70mph winds that knocked out power our last night, we can't wait to return!

First trip to Maui - Loved our time at this condo! Thank you Linda!
1. Communication: from the outset, Linda’s communication was outstanding and fast which in my mind is always a good indication.
2. Location: Perfect for the Shops at Wailea and Beach. The condo is adjacent to all the shops in Wailea and you can literally walk from the condo right into all the shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. There is a gate at the condo that connects you right into the shops. The beach is a 2 min walk down from the condo right to the beach. The condo complex is perfectly situated at the corner of the beach. Not need to worry about the availability of chairs at beach or the pool. The beach attendants always make sure there are chairs available all times throughout the day so no mad rush. I noticed that people staying at other hotels were lining up early to grab chairs at either the pool or beach - this is something we never needed to worry about. What a relief and stress free situation! Insider tip - grab a set of the 4 chairs in the grass beside pool. Great beach views and quiet.
3. Condo - I almost feel there is more space inside than the pics represent. We are a fam of 4 (two college age kids) and had a ton of room to spread out. The lanai with the sliders open created an incredible all day indoor / outdoor environment. All amenities were included - bath supplies, laundry detergent, cooking spices, paper towels, etc.
We were there for our 50th anniversary with family- 4 adults and 2 children!
Great location, beautiful condo
We have stayed in Maui several times but this stay was exceptional and surpassed every expectation. From its close proximity to the pool, beach and the Shops at Wailea this property should be your first choice.
I should also mention the staff who was most gracious and professional.

We just had the most amazing seven days at the Wailea Beach Villas. PH101 it’s a great condo, clean, modern, great location. Janna was also wonderful responding to all my questions and making the check in process super smooth. I highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it!!
This Penthouse Suite was absolute perfection and beyond our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 adults/1 child. There were ample supplies (clothes detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) for our entire stay. Most of our time while in the unit, was spent on the spacious lanai enjoying the view.
The resort was beautiful and the staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. While we visited the family pool daily with our granddaughter, the adult only pool was our favorite - great views and very peaceful.
The booking, check in, etc process was smooth and any questions we had prior to arriving were answered in a timely manner. We have stayed in several of the surrounding resorts in Wailea, but this is by far our new favorite. Hopefully, we can return sooner than later.

Everything is as described, this property was absolutely fantastic! Linda and Janna were quick to respond with questions we had regarding our stay. The property is well stocked, clean and spacious with a large corner Lanai perfect for morning coffees, dining and relaxing. Location is ideal within steps to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants of Wailea. Our stay was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
Linda’s condo is fantastic! The location is excellent - direct access to the beach path and to the shops and easy to get to the highways to explore the other parts of Maui. The space is very large and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui and recommend her place to anyone wanting to stay in Wailea. Also Linda is a fantastic host and made our stay great!

Our unit was spacious and comfortable. We loved the outdoor dining and siting area. Having 3 bathrooms for our multigenerational group was great. Plenty for everyone to do with the pools, ocean, walking path, even a game room for the kids. We also loved the staff setting up chairs on the beach and providing towels. We’d love to return here next time.
