The place is very nice, clean, well furnished, and in a great location. So convenient to Poipu Beach and the Koloa restaurants and shops.
Our stay was excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was quiet and private. Wish we could have stayed longer.
This property is in such an ideal location for south island activities and food. Many great beaches within just a few minute drive and great food even closer. The unit included may of the necessary beach things you would want like chairs and a cooler. The only thing that wasn’t there was a beach umbrella which we were able to rent locally. AC kept the unit comfortable. Easy parking even with them resurfacing the lot while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.
This unit has everything you need, the location was good, the view of the koi pond was delightful, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice ( and colorful too). Area was quiet. Management was helpful. The air conditioning had mini splits in the bedroom and the living room which made the condo very comfortable. We really appreciated this. Although it is located close to shops and beaches I would still recommend driving.
This place was exactly what we wanted. It was quiet, clean and relatively affordable. Would definitely stay here again.
The location was perfect, right next to a shopping center and close to the beach. The accommodations were great and the patio area was lovely to sit on and have your morning coffee!
You can not beat the location, walking to the Kukuiula shopping was nice. The pool was peaceful , my daughter and I enjoyed it. We will stay again in the near future.

The Waikomo Stream Villas are conveniently located and in walking distance to the shopping mall where there are many restaurants and shops. Close to Poipu beach. The unit is located close to the pool, and you can hear the calm trickling of the stream from the bedroom and family room area. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to the unit.It was fully equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Our week stay was relaxing and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The condo was nice, from the extra large couch to the outdoor dining table on the patio overlooking a stream.
This place was great! Perfect location on the south part of the island, close to all the Poipu beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The unit is large…every room is big! The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates but really it’s still very nice and it doesn’t take away from the experience there…comfortable, homey, functional with a wonderful island feel. And a great view out on the wonderful lanai of very lush landscape and a stream. Beautiful and relaxing. And not to mention…the AC comes in clutch!! The whole complex is quaint, lush, and has plenty of parking. We have stayed in about 5 different places in Kauai over the last two years and this one is my fav. Grab this one for sure!

Property is spacious and has everything in it. 5 min walk to a shopping center with grocery stores and restaurants. AC works well so does the WiFi too.

Fabulous location in Poipu, within walking distance of the shops at Kukui'ula. We had a really relaxing time in this space. The airflow was wonderful and in the few instances where it got a bit too humid, the AC did a nice job of cooling things down again. Lots of ceiling fans and box fans to keep the air moving. There was more than enough space for the two of us to stretch out and relax. We really enjoyed mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee and looking out at the plants and fish. The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed to make meals. Very happy about the small washer and dryer so we could do a load midway through our trip. There's some extra beach gear in the front closet. One flight of stairs to contend with if anyone has mobility issues. Abundant parking. Easy access to the pool.
The unit is very old. Updates are being made like new floors and newly painted walls and ceilings, but the kitchen, bathroom and some window and bedroom the patio screens are quite old, and literally falling apart.It was very nice that the kitchen had plastic wrap, aluminum foil and plastic storage bags but it was overstocked with items that were not needed. Every cupboard had unnecessary and duplicate things in them and no room for food. The kitchen appliances were very old, but they worked well. I like that the unit's fee included weekly cleanings however, it does look like the louver doors have not been touched in years. Caked on dust. Out of boredom, on a rainy day I made an attempt to clean some of them. The bathtub and sinks are very old, so they will never look clean. For the price I expected a little more. The apartment looked much better in the pictures.
We love our stay at the stream villas! It was so close to convenient stores, yummy restaurants, and a short walk to the beach! We recommend!
I wish I could give this rental zero stars. This was the worst vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. The property was infested with roaches—they were everywhere: in the kitchen, cabinets, bathroom, and even behind the bathroom mirror. To top it off, two roaches flew over and landed on us while we sat on the couch. It was absolutely disgusting. I sent pictures of the infestation to the host (property mgr) the very night we checked-in. While they responded the next morning, their solution? Roach traps and a false promise of sending pest control (they never showed up for the entire stay). That’s it. No attempt to make things right, no follow-up. Unfortunately, it was New Year’s weekend, and everything else was booked, so we were forced to stay for four miserable nights. To top it off, when we got home, we found roaches in our luggage. AVOID this rental at all costs—it’s a COMPLETE DISASTER.
This unit was great overall - amenities, communication, view out the balcony. AC worked well. However, there are some small areas that were stained/dirty and need attention, and the dishwasher had a leak. I contacted the realty association that rents it out, so hopefully they will be fixed. Also, the table on the balcony is not level, so watch your fruit so it doesn't roll off :)
Although we only stayed for one short night, the property was clean, quiet, and exactly what we expected.
My family had a wonderful stay at Waikaomo Stream Villas. Beautiful gardens . Loved listening to the frogs by the stream at night. Had some electrical problems but the management responded to our messages right a way. We were a little bummed about no jacuzzi since it looked there was one in the photos.
Overall a good experience.
