This property was awesome
The place was BIG & spacious (unlike MOST of the other condos that I have rented on many islands) and clean and had little extras like ice chest masks beach chairs. The kitchen was big and had everything that we needed.
This was a perfect little getaway and in a great location. Plenty of space in the condo. Great location, just a few minutes south of great beaches (Mauna Kea Beach, Hapuna beach) and just north of Kona and the beaches there (Magic sands for boogie boarding, pinetrees for surfing). Great food close too, island gourmet was an underrated spot, and juice 101 has great acai. A-Bay around the corner was beautiful too. Overall just amazing.
Great property, great pool (25 meter competition length), perfect location close to beach, shops, and resorts. The suite could use a new stove, hot plates were provided in lieu of functional stove top.
A lot of space, pool with hot tubs, sun sets on lanai, grills, beaches within reach.
C203 is an older unit with original carpet/kitchen/bath, etc. - but it is still in great shape. We had a great short stay.
We had such a wonderful stay in this condo. It's very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and lots of extras to use at the beach (kid toys, chairs, and coolers were a plus). The location was perfect, we have two young kids and we were able to walk to the beach (ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach) within 10 mins. This beach was perfect for young kids, it's a sheltered bay with gentle waves. In the afternoons, we would splash around at the condo pool. We had one issue with the stove and Vacasa sent someone out within 30 mins and had it fixed quickly. We would stay here again, we loved it!

We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of this unit C203. The unit is however dated and tired. I don't believe it warrants the price they are asking until a few things are updated and replace. For example, two of the toilets you have to hold the handle down 20-30 seconds to properly flush. A few of the cabinet doors are on the verge of failing/breaking. A little TLC would go a long way.

As a general description of this unit, I would say it is “tired”. There are glass shelves in both bathrooms that need to be reinstalled. Some dining table chair’s upholstery needs attention. The worst part was that the carpet had spots ALL OVER it! Even the loveseat cushion had a big spot. Rather disgusting.
The kitchen was fine.
I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone!
Perfectly situated just a short walk from shopping and Waikoloa Beach, this home was absolutely stunning and a great fit for our family vacation. The unexpected inclusion of beach toys made it even more of a hit for our little ones!
I fully expect we'll be back for our next trip, too.
