My kids loved the condo and the pool and didn’t want to leave.
We, a couple with a son in his twenties, rented the condo for 2 weeks. This condo was a wonderful place to call home for our vacation, we really enjoyed staying in it. It was well equipped, well kept and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils. We ate a lot of our dinners on the lanai. Beautiful view from the lanai towards the golf course with the ocean in the distance. It was a very quiet location with lovely sunsets over the ocean. We slept very well in the beds and the furniture was very nice. We used the beach gear and coolers provided in the condos. The Wifi worked very well.
There were 2 pool areas with a pool, a Jacuzzi and a bar-b-que just a minutes’ walk from the condo. It was easy to park near the condo.
The condo is close to a shopping area and a short drive from several lovely beaches, several of the beaches have very good snorkeling. The condo is a very good base for exploring the island, there is stargazing, hiking, nature walks and historical places within easy reach with a car. We were lucky to see the Kilauea eruption.
Rented this condo from Trish. She is very communicative and thorough. Condo is nice, as described. Grounds were clean and sunset from the lanai is spectacular.
BBQ Grills in the pool area, just steps from the unit was very convenient. Bonus washer and dryer in the unit was super helpful. Condo was well stocked.

Beautiful complex, well-maintained, on the golf course with ocean views in the distance. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the morning, and cocktails at sunset. during the day we explored the beaches on the coast, Volcanoes Nationale Park, and a fabulous hike outside of Waimea. The condo is well-stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy the Big Island. Mahalo to Trish Cosner!
We love this unit and owner is great. Unfortunately there were 5 people in the unit above us and the constant scraping of the heavy chairs on the tile floors and the flushing toilet sounds disturbed the peace. We would still go back there and maybe next time they won't be there.

First of all we would like to say our over-all stay was absolutely wonderful. The few complaints we have are 1) we arrived at the complex around 10:45PM Thursday 9/7/2019. Finding parking wasn’t too bad but ended up being a far walk because we really had no clue where our unit was. Also walking around trying to find our way while remaining as quiet as possible as not to disturb others. Clearer instructions or a map as where to go would’ve been more helpful. 2) There was only 1 key in the unit when the email said there would be 2. 3) There were only 3 cards for the community center when it stated there should be 4. 4) we requested a late check-out being that our flight wasnt until 6pm. We were told check out was 11 but the book stated 10. They said we would be charged a full day if we wanted a late check out, the book said we would be charged 1/2 day. They said the electricity would be shut off so we decided to leave. Which was hard because my daughter and I both were not feeling too well. The electricity never did go off while we’re there. 5) the master bedroom ceiling fan made loud noises so it had to be kept on low. Because it was hot, we needed to keep the glass sliding door open so we could get air. We didn’t sleep well because the screen door didn’t lock. 6) we liked the master bath except for the fact that the floor is always wet so when you pull your pants down to sit, they get wet. And lastly there is a bad roach problem in the kitchen.
Beautifully equippoed and furnished roomy condo. Very clean with gorgeous grounds. Views of mountain and ocean and in 9th hole of golf course. Who can tire if that?
Owner was helpful when we had a question and the place is close to beaches and adventures.
We'll be back in the future!
