View from lanai was phenomenal!Condo was clean, well supplied and conveniently located.Will definitely stay here again.

Love that there’s amenities in the unit, though larger size shampoo and conditioners would be nice for those staying longer. Used beach items every time!! Great.
The host did not contact me in advance, and I had no contact information. After a 6-hour flight, I had to spend half an hour on the phone with a Vrbo agent to obtain the instructions to access the unit. Additionally, the bathroom was not well-cleaned.
I had booked the property for two adults, but despite the listing stating that towels would be provided, there was only one set. There was also only one small pack of low-quality shampoo/conditioner for the entire stay.
Although a coffee maker was advertised, there were no coffee pods provided, rendering it useless. Moreover, there wasn’t even a single water bottle available.
Considering these issues, the property felt very overpriced.
The view from this Waikoloa Condo's lanai is second to none! From enjoying the star filled sky over a morning cup of coffee to the colorful sky at sunset with the Pacific ocean as your backdrop . . . nothing can compare. The unit has everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, snorkel gear, mats, cooler), a generous supply of towels, and all of the necessities to make your visit seem like home. We highly recommend this condo for your next Big Island getaway.
My husband and I had a great stay in Waikaloa Village. Loved that it was away from the busyness of Kona but still super close to drive to everything and not feel so removed from it all. Loved the beaches and shopping that were close by. The grocery store down the street was nice and convenient. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and having coffee on the lanai every morning. Our stay was very refreshing. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed in other units in this complex and love the location. Watching the sunset is spectacular. Kitchen supplies were great and other than not having dishwasher detergent for the first 4 days, everything else was there.
The cable didn’t work in the living room, and that was fixed within a few days.
The kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, and we didn’t hear from the management company for over 24 hours after we’d left a message. Luckily my husband cleared the pea trap himself and that took care of the problem.
The floors weren’t very clean. I wiped up some water on the bathroom floor the day we checked in and the towel was dirty when I picked it up.
Some things that could use improvement: an umbrella for the lanai table to allow sitting on the lanai in the evening. It’s too hot and there’s no protection from the sun. Outdoor chaise lounges would be really nice too.
There needs to be a curtain on the very large floor to ceiling window near the kitchen. No privacy.
We would definitely stay here again, so none of these issues were concerning enough to cause significant disappointment. It’s a good location with good amenities.
The property was a nice location walking distance to a grocery store and a few shops. Great views of the golf course and ocean. The place could use a little love and deep cleaning. I had to clean the bathroom so that I felt comfortable using it.
