I’m torn with this property. Overall I really believe it was a very good option and value for our family. The piece that really made it worth it was the Hilton pool passes. Our family enjoyed this benefit and took advantage of it on 3 of our vacation days. The home is very well stocked and in a fantastic location walking distance to shops and groceries. Also plenty of beach accessories in the garage with a rolling cart which was a godsend. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. The bad experience we had was the elevator. We had 6 people and luggage and it broke when we were trying to unload obviously making it very difficult for us. The elevator was broken our entire stay meaning everything we bought had to go up 3 flights every day including when we packed and had to load the car. With my elderly mother with us it just made things more difficult than they should have been. Fortunately we were handicapped or we would have had to be relocated.

We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens and this ovely property was a great fit for us. It’s exactly as described and seen in photos. Very clean, well maintained, and super welcoming with welcome basket, music playing, etc. Directions, gate and door codes, etc. all provided before arrival and worked perfectly. We could use the elevator or stairs to get to our unit. Quiet property. Enjoyed sunrise from balcony overlooking golf course each morning, Plenty of needed supplies in kitchen, laundry, and baths. Enjoyed use of beach equipment especially beach chairs and boogie boards. Bedrooms on main level very comfortable and bedroom on top level perfect for teens to have time away when needed. We used the condo property’s pool and exercise room as well as Hilton Pool Pass. All very nice especially for relaxing days in between traveling the Big Island. We were able to walk to Starbucks in the morning followed by grabbing groceries at Queens Marketplace. Enjoyed Hula show at Queens Marketplace, shopping at Kings, A Bay Beach,, Lava Lava Beach Club, trails. Nice location for day trips around the island so we didn’t have to pack and haul suitcases all over the island. Highly recommend.
This condo was awesome! Everything you could need, very comfortable beds, an amazing pool and access to the Hilton pools. All the best beaches nearby as well! We had the best stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more!

It was situated with a number of upscale resort complexes, along with other conveniently located shops and restaurants.The condo was well furnished with everything one might need with an extended stay.Everyone also really enjoyed the pool passes for the Hilton! We had an amazing time here. The owners provided everything you could think of for cooking and being comfortable. The two bedrooms and the loft worked very well for our group and my grandsons enjoyed having their own space upstairs. The complex is beautiful, especially the pool and hot tub. This particular unit also included a Hilton Pool pass which we used four of the seven days we were there. We hope to rent again in the future.
Very clean and beautiful unit in one of the best locations of the island. Close proximity to beautiful beaches, shopping, and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends or family or other responsible family traveling to Big Island. We also enjoyed complementary pass to Hilton pool and lagoon.
I am giving this villa top rating out of appreciation of the effort the owners and the manager Michelle put in to make your Hawaiian vacation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The villa richly deserves it.
However, in our view this unit has one major deficiency. In our observation, it’s the only condo in entire Fairway Villas that doesn’t offer any lounge chairs on the balcony. Instead, the balcony is furnished with a dining set consisting of high table and 4 extremely uncomfortable high barstools.
If you like to eat outside, it’s going to be a struggle. Want to relax and stretch your legs in the evening? No such luck here.
We tried to find a workaround by bringing beach chairs and even borrowing folding chairs from the barbecue area, but those are poor substitutes for comfy lounge chairs we saw other residents enjoying.
Other than that, we agree with other reviewers. It’s a superb unit. If balcony set is replaced, we would highly recommend it.

This Villa is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. Ate most of our meals in; great kitchen. The lanai is beautiful with great views. Property was clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants, shops, few minutes walk to the pool, a little longer to get to the beach.
The condo was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.
This place was clean and in a great area for walking and easy access to everything.
Beautiful clean location, walking distance to shops and food. Not a bad walk to A-bay which was made easier with the large beach wagon. Michelle was easy to work with and took great care of us, responding quickly and helpfully..

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairway Villas Waikoloa G31. It was spotless and within walking distance to the beach. It provided the perfect location for numerous other attractions in the area. We found this unit to be very quiet and private due to its top floor location and was stocked with everything you could want for a day at the beach, (Boogie boards, Beach chairs, coolers and Umbrella). The Hilton pool pass was a huge bonus and provided endless amenities! The only downside was leaving but we will definitely be back!
We stayed at this location for 9 beautiful days. Upon arrival, the condo was wonderfully clean, smelled great, and Hawaiian music was playing; the perfect welcome after a long day of travel. The amenities were fantastic- from the beach gear to the household supplies and fully stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the lanai over looking the golf course as well as the beautiful complex pool. The shops and beach within walking distance were a huge plus. There were 4 of us, but it could have easily accommodated 6 adults. Very pleased with our stay and look forward to returning! Highly recommend!
This overall been one of the best experiences. Property was spectacular, clean, stocked with necessities, communication with Michelle, property was more than what we expected we give 5 stars. We will definitely book this property in our future stays in Hawaii.

This condo has it all. For beach goers you have access to beach chairs and coolers with ice packs frozen for you! For those that want to lounge by the pool a beautiful infinity edge pool and lava rock hot tub await just steps away! If you want to be more adventurous take the Hilton pool pass, included in your stay, a short drive down the road and enjoy a day of fun an adventure at the Hilton Waikola beautiful pool/ lagoon area with live sea turtles, dolphins, and gorgeous fish where you can snorkel paddle board and swim the day away under the palm trees! I highly recommended this spacious condo for families, as the loft provides extra beds for the kids and the master suite and second bedroom are equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was set up with appliances and extra amenities so we could cook everything my family enjoyed, but if you are looking for a night out there are multiple food places within walking distance at two great shopping malls. It is 30 minutes from the Kona Airport so you can begin your beautiful Hawaiian escape immediately upon arriving at this amazing island! We hope to be back very soon! Aloha!
