Cannot say enough great things about this condo! Everything was exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, great open space and theMost amazing lanai! We spent every moment we could on the lanai when we weren’t out and about! Great location within Waikoloa! Would absolutely go back again!
Very clean and luxerious-feeling accomodations. Quiet and well maintained grounds. We had one minor maintenance issue, and they had someone out to fix it ASAP. We would definitely stay again.
We go to Hawaii to spend time outdoors . The outdoor living space at this condo was excellent.
Great condo, but could use some minor updating. Host was great and location was perfect.
Pros- great location, size of space, consistant communication, and fabulous grounds.Cons- cleanliness ( carpets were straight up gross, showers had hair clumps left in them, bedding was stained, food residue on counters, and lanai outside bar completely unusable)If you are looking for space and are willing to clean this is the spot for you. We were pretty disappointed but after a few hours of our own cleaning we could enjoy our time.
Abdolutely amazing. Lived every minute if it. The lanai wa soooo nice for morning coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stsy there again.
Property was real nice. Pool was good. Nice to have a restaurant close.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the patio area and spent a lot of sitting outside, enjoying drinks and the fresh air. There were 4 of us … our two adult children and my husband and I. The resort is beautiful and in a great location for walking to many places … Queen’s Marketplace, the beach, etc. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful/ well layed out condo, bottom/1st floor, loved the lanai/patio location. Separate bedrooms x 2 for couples/opposite ends with full bathrooms/huge showers in each. Was not a fan of kitchen, very small and pots/pans showing their age but was clean. Would stay there again even with the kitchen limitations.
We loved the large outdoor space and the location near the pool. The glass and mirrors were spotless. The kitchen could use a deep clean --backsplash, faucet, light switches, and musty cabinets with nasty shelf liner. We had a great time and will return to Kona next year.
Before I review the property I would like to praise the people at Kona Coast vacations. They were polite, attentive and responsive. They resolved an appliance issue quickly and effectively even BEFORE we arrived and went out of their way not to disrupt our vacation. It was much appreciated.
The unit was a good size, with a large Lanai and king size beds and well stocked. The location was good for the needs of 2 couples who like peace and quiet. The complex has a good pool and several good BBQs in 3 different locations. We are hoping to return next year.
