New Listing! Relax at this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Waikoloa Fairways unit in the heart of Waikoloa Village. The primary offers a soaking tub. Enjoy the open living layout, outdoor wet bar, and large lanai. Pool, hot tub, and BBQ at the complex.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by an open layout of the dining area, living space, and kitchen. You can stream your favorite on the large flat-screen television and enjoy the central air conditioning. There is plenty of seating in the living area.

The kitchen is located off the dining area and is fully stocked for all cooking desired. There are bar seatings to keep the conversation flowing. There is a dining table inside as well as outside on the lanai.

This property has two primary suites on either side of the home. The guest ensuite has two twin beds, that may be converted to a king on request for an upcharge. There is a bathroom with a private shower and toilet room. There is also lanai access from this room.

The primary off-living area has a king bed and smart television for your convenience. Enjoy being able to have your lanai doors open and enjoy the Hawaii air. You can soak away the sun in your size-able stand-alone bathtub or rinse in the separate tiled shower.

You can relax after a long day in the air conditioning, or sit out on the lanai and listen to the birds. The large lanai allows for access from either masters or the living area. Have dinner outside and watch the sunset from your large private lanai and outside dining table. Stir up some drinks at your outside minibar and soak up the Hawaii life.

This home is fully stocked with beach chairs, a portable cooler, and umbrellas for those beach days. You are 6 miles from Waikoloa Resort and some of the top beaches in Hawaii. The onsite pool is well-kept and has two BBQ grills for guests' use, as well as shaded seating areas if you want to dine at the pool.
