Beautiful property; very calming and peaceful. I could successfully work remotely and yet experience the recharging I needed. Calming Hawaiian music was set up for me when I checked in, where I kept it throughout my stay. The lanai or balcony looking over the golf course with the Nene and birds, just serene and calming.
My stay was Great and will stay there again if possible. Lovely view and short access to the pool and BQ area. Lovely condo and comfortable accommodation. Thanks to the owners and management. Aloha.

It was an amazing room with everything needed for a successful vacation, in fact we bought too many items. The view from the lani was simply fantastic!
This is the first time for us to stay in the Waikoloa area and was not too familiar with the Village area. The drive from the resorts is 6 miles up the road hill which when driving the road everyday back down to the beach sometimes felt bothersome. Once in the village there is a grocery store and a few new businesses (e.g. - coffee, Chinese food, pizza, etc). Waikoloa Fairways is at the end of road with a security gate next to a golf course. Condo A208 is really nice with a great view. Our only complaint is as many others have said the blinds need attention (e.g.-blinds beside the microwave/oven are a hazard). Also the kitchen counter is tile with grout so hard to keep clean and it seems like they tried to “repair” some chipped tile using clear silicone caulking that feels sticky. The property is quiet. It is across from the pool but for the 3 weeks we were here only saw people in the pool a handful of times. Property management company this unit uses was very response and helpful.
My wife and I loved our stay. However, some suggestions.
We stayed for a month, but there was only approximately
one week of toilet paper, so we had to supplement by buying enough for the remaining three weeks. Other issues: missing pneumatic door closer on screen door,
one lamp in master bedroom had defective switch, and door to condo sometimes required multiple tries before it opened (even with light indicating correct code was entered)
Clean, spacious, comfortable space with great views and multiple places to relax inside and out. Right across from the pool!

We have been staying annually in this complex every for about 10 years and, and atleast 2 times in this condo. The complex is private and upscale, and the views are terrific and that's why we come back here. Having said that, this condo while clean overall, does need improvement to its furniture which we notice has not changed much at all for several years. The main concerns in A208 have been reported to CB Island vacations during our latest stay ending this week. They are,The beds seem to have cheap springs and they squeak, especially the smaller room beds squeak a LOT and make a LOT of noice and those are impossible to sleep on. This matters a lot and is MAJOR concern for us and prevents a good night sleep. As far as the master bedroom, besides some squeaking coming from one side of the springs, the mattress itself is over-used and uneven at the top. The master bedroom bed backrest is loose and hits the wall every time one sits up.A few more improvement items - the faucets are very very old and the shower head is quite loose and moving around, the chest and drawers are worn out too, and the coffee table is extremely loose and may split open if moved. These things need replacement. The beds are a major issue though, to be able to sleep comfortably in an otherwise beautifully located condo. This has been reported to the manager and hopefully by our next trips, which we have booked in Jan and April also, we will see a change. I know some of the other units where we have stayed have more comfortable beds and furniture. Other things we noticed include non-working en-suite exhaust fan for the smaller room which we luckily did not use since the beds cannot be slept on.Rest is all great, and speaks more to the place and views. We have booked again in Winter and Spring of 2024 and hope these items are addressed, so we can look forward to a nice visit again. Overall, its still between 4-5 stars, out of 5.
The property was very clean and spacious. The blinds need to be updated, some in the Guest room would not open. The beach umbrella and chairs should also be replaced. Otherwise, very nice place to stay!
