This property put me near everything we wanted to do and see. Room to gather and enjoy the pool, golf, and tennis without annoying tourists everywhere.
Very clean and kept. Walking distance to the golf course, tennis/pickleball and of course the property pool.
We love the location and specifically wanted to be in this area. Loved the residential setting. Felt like home and not a tourist. Much quieter and had nice home touches not found in hotels or resorts. We will definitely stay here again. The quirky toilets did drive us nuts but a very minor inconvenience.
WiFi instructions sent via e-mail were not correct but after finding instructions in the condo, WiFi worked fine. Windows and sliding doors on lanai were very dirty. Hot water in 2nd bathroom did not work. But overall, it was fine.

The condo was well stocked with towels, dishes, TVs. The living room furniture is old and no longer comfortable. Although the carpet has been mentioned in other reviews, I had hoped it would have been replaced or deep cleaned. It was not so it was a real downside to this property. The beds are comfortable. Two of us golf and liked the course.
We love the location of Waikoloa Fairways and the layout of the Condo. Vacasa was responsive to my concerns.

We had a short but busy stay and this was the perfect landing spot for our family to see everything on that side of the big island!
Dirty windows, dirt in nooks and corners and vents. Infested with mice, insects and ants. Old appliances and bad quality cookware.
Pluses - good location, bed was comfortable, unit was spacious, had beach toys and equipment for kids.
Large condo with lots of space. Great access to the community pool next door.
