A great property. Everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. Lots of placemats and serving bowls, blenders and more. Laundry supplies were provided. Also a storage box of beach chairs, mats, snorkeling masks. The place was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. There was a welcome basket with chocolate, coffee and granola. Which I appreciated bc we arrived really late and with this I didn't have to go out and find coffee in the morning. Recommendations--The listing should say there are two half flights going down to the front door. We were fine with it, but others might not be. The patio doors are in ground level, but not the front door. Also there was 100 fee for the parking spot. The binder mentioned it, but when I texted the local vacassa mgr they didn't answer my question. So we found out when the community person put a ticket on our windshield. I was excited to see the binders by the welcome gift, thinking they'd be full of restaurant tips, etc. but it was all contract type stuff. There wasn't a way to report a missing or broken items upon our arrival (a missing bathroom knob and shower squeegee.) plus we needed more than one dishtowel. There were plenty of placemats and paper towels though. The place was roomy, furniture comfortable with lots of towels. I would definitely be back.
We found the property to be quite excellent for our needs. We are mostly 60 and found it quite relaxing. The property manager is on top of everything and we felt well taken care of. It is a bit of a drive to attractions, if you will but we found it well worth it. The pool was also awesome and we had it to our self most of the time. We would definitely stay here again.
Very spacious, updated amenities, lots of towels, lines and extra pillows, this place has everything you will need. Very Clean! We loved the patio that walks right out on ground level to the golf course. Beautiful kitchen with fantastic appliances. Washer and Dryer that we used. Nice comfortable couches. Loved this place, you can’t go wrong staying here! Very quiet, hardly ever saw anyone. Nice pool directly across from condo. If I could post some pictures I would! We will stay here again when we come back!!
We loved this unit! It was very comfortable and nicely designed. The kitchen was well stocked and had just about everything we needed. The sunset views were beautiful. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
We’ve stayed at many vacation rental properties but none have had such a well stocked kitchen like this one. If you can think of it, they have it. Lovely property with all the amenities you need.

The place is nice and clean.
The description was accurate except the fact that there were two flights of stairs going down to the front door. Having my mom with mobility issues this would have been some thing I would have liked to know before booking. There is a picture, but it isn’t clear if the stairs are going up to the second floor or leading down. Location was great for golf, tennis and beaches! I loved Waimea which was 20 minutes away, and Kona which is 45 minutes away. I would recommend this condo to family and friends, but I would let them know about the stairs and further out location from Kona. It was very clean, and the community very relaxing!
