Great condo. Dishwasher and downstairs twin mattresses need to be replaced. Dishes had to be washed before putting into the dishwasher. Additional bath towels and washcloths would have been nice, but the washer and dryer made it work. Having dish and laundry soap was very helpful and appreciated. We had a great time and likely will stay here again.
This is a nice property with a good location. It was well equipped.Upon arrival, I was immediately struck with a sense that the pictures online were nicer than the actual unit. The feeling of grandeur in the main photo was just not there.As to specific concerns, the kitchen appliances seemed dated. The living room sofa was shabby at best. There were stains on the carpeting going up the stairs. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was very noisy, to the point that I had to use earplugs, and the blower of cold air was way too strong.The downstairs sliding glass door was very difficult to close to enable the air conditioning to turn on.All in all, the unit was acceptable, but was much more expensive than what we felt was appropriate under the circumstances.

We had 6 adults and 1 teen in our group and the unit was spacious enough for all of us. The pool and gym are right outside the door. The unit is very well appointed with everything you’ll need! Chairs, cooler, travel cups and umbrellas were all provided. The Queen and Kings markets are within walking distance. This unit is in a great location and very clean. Great place to stay!
We really like the property from quick check in, pool is just next to it. Its big. All of our necessities were there even beach chair/umbrellas. No complains really. We had an amazing time! Highly recommended and will not hesistate to book here again given a chance. Mahalo!

This was our first visit to the Big Island. We had no idea where to stay but had heard great things about the Waikoloa area. I searched Waikoloa and found multiple units but there was something about the condo we chose that stood out. As with many rentals, you sometimes don't know what to expect upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised. The condo we rented was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of five, three of which are college students. The condo was very spacious and the owners provided everything a family would need for a week's stay. We cooked "in" a couple of nights and appreciated the close proximity to the grills and we were simply steps from the pool. And, it was nice that while others had the car for day outings, others could walk to the beach or to grab a cup of coffee at nearby coffee shops. My husband and son also enjoyed a round of golf. I would highly recommend this condo and location to family and friends. However, be aware of the many strict neighborhood rules. :). They make it very known that this is NOT a party neighborhood, which was fine for us because that's not what we were looking for anyway.
We really enjoyed this place! The location in the community could not have been better. The proximity to the pool and the bbq’s made the time at the condo really enjoyable. Parking for a second car was a little difficult on a couple of night when we returned late. But overall we had a great time.

We had two couples and 4 teenagers in our group. Tons of beach toys and we could walk to so many activities. The condo was very clean and lots of room for everyone.

Very comfortable unit and the complex gym and pool were 50 yards away. Unit was quiet and clean and included essential beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, towel, boogie boards). Loved the pool pass access to the Hilton too!

Being near the pool , we were concerned about the noise level, but the whole place is very respectful and pretty quiet! Kings and Queens shops right outside the premises- so convenient! We used the pool pass for the Hilton and the children were in heaven- parents too, as everyone was entertained. All the amenities you need for a great time on the Island. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was everything we expected. Lower level with parking right out front our door. Pool and Gym right behind the condo. Condo came with all appliances needed. We enjoyed our stay and will probably come again! Thank you!
