Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Cable TV: Yes. Waikoloa Fairway Villas H4 is townhouse style end unit in the H Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends.
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided.

The location was fantastic for our needs during the college golf tournament we attended. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and plates etc. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed being able to utilize the Hilton at Waikaloa guest passes. It was a nice perk. We would love to stay here again.

A wonderful property that has been thoughtfully decorated and has all the gear a family would need to enjoy the Big Island. Grocery and numerous shopping options are walking distanced as are several restaurants.
Property company communicated beautifully. We did have a few challenges and I will credit the company for working with us and being very customer-focused in their response.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider this property again! The layout was perfect for our family of five. The Hilton Pool access was a huge benefit and we used it almost daily.

Waikoloa Beach Resort was the best place to stay on the big island. Queens marketplace is a quick walk from the property and has everything you need. I loved the community pools and really enjoyed using the Hilton pool pass. The property itself was very comfortable, well equipped and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas came in handy and we used them daily. The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. I would love to stay here again in the future and have told all my family and friends to do the same!

We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to many local shops. Great location and lots of room for our entire family! Very well-kept and nicely upgraded.
Loved the birds and the golf course view in the morning while sitting at the patio having our morning coffee.
Looking to re-book this same house on our next Kona trip!

Such a nice place, even had black toys and the community pool was amazing. The extra passes for the Hilton pool were a huge bonus also! Grateful for our stay and the kitchen was great, loads of appliances and we really just enjoyed the home!
