My family had the best time. The neighborhood was very quiet, clean and close to everything. The unit was beautiful, clean, kitchen was well stocked, great beach gear, beds were very comfortable.

Very nice property in a great location. The patio is perfect.
Kitchen was the best stocked we’ve come across! The knives actually cut! Lol
The shower doors could use a good scrubbing. Even with a squeegee they still require a good cleaning.
My daughter and I had a good time. Overall the condo was excellent.

Exceptionally clean, nice condo. The view of the golf course is beautiful, the wildlife such as nenes, geckos, mongooses, cattle egrets is amazing. Although no barbecue grill on the lanai, several high-end Weber grills are a short distance away next to the pool. I cooked great ribeyes on one.
Many kitchen utensils provided; beyond the basics.
A couple of small nitpicks: couldn’t adjust the louvres on the master bedroom blinds. Also, noise from unit above—which is just a function of having anyone occupying that unit. I’m sure the management people would have fixed the blinds, but I just left the blinds as they were (mostly closed).
This was the perfect place for my family. The location is perfectly situated to walk to the shops and the bay. The home was the most organized I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had all the supplies and equipment we could want. The remodeled home was really well done with high end materials. The owners did a fantastic job! This is definitely a great place to stay. The communication with the rental agency was very responsive and very helpful. THANK YOU!
Brand new, spotless, well equipped condo close to beaches and pool across the street. Loved hanging out on the beautiful lanai. Highly recommend

This is one of the nicest Waikoloa Beach properties. We have stayed in a number of apartments here, including others in Fairway Villas. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a great location for the shops and beach. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach gear served us well for several visits to Hapuna Beach.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and nicely updated condo. Well equipped in every aspect.
The location was clean and great for a family to stay. It is within easy walking distance of all sorts of food and activities. We will try to stay here again when we go back.
