We had a wonderful stay in Waikoloa. This condo is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach equipment, great view from the Lanai, easy walk to King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, and the pool/hot tub. Hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This condo was a great home base to explore all Hawaii has to offer. Thank you so much!
My husband and I have had our third consecutive stay at this well appointed, spotlessly clean, amply supplied condo. We especially appreciated the availability of numerous beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc,The view of the golf course is stunning enjoying several meals on the lanai.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, along with a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.The owners Dick and Kathi are truly outstanding to work with, responding promptly to questions or concerns and checking in upon arrival.We highly recommend this comfortable condo and look forward to our stay at our Hawaii home away from home next year !
I can’t say enough about how amazing this condo truly is. It was spotless upon arriving. The location is perfect with outstanding views. It was wonderful to use the pool and spa area after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The complex grounds were immaculate and so quiet at night. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the Big Island of Hawaii. Thank You for allowing my family to stay in this true gem of a property.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The lanai overlooking the golf course was a very pleasant place to sit and watch golfers and also many different kinds of birds. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the prompt attention to any questions we had. There was a lot of great information provided on attractions and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed 2nd floor home. Pool across the way, easy, & 8am aerobics Monday & Thursday. Friendly neighbors. Close to markets & restaurants, like Roy's & Lava Lava. 5 min. drive to Tommy Bahamas.And all the great beaches.
Lovely well appointed condo. The unit is very quiet and the views were great. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything one might need to be comfortable…there was a nice little goody basket for guests that included coffee and treats. Highly recommend!
This was an amazing place to stay, The kindness and care that Dick showed was amazing. It made me and my wife's first vacation together memorable and easy.
We enjoyed our annual family vacation to the Big Island and this comfortable residence contributed to us hanging out and having a place to eat together and hangout . We loved the Hawaiian decorations and placement of practical things to help us feel home like the hooks outside to let things dry after washing and the outdoor boogie board and snorkel and coolers were so helpful on our daily outings . We enjoyed staying at Waikoloa for the first time and this place made it convenient to walk to shave ice at the King shops and go to the beach and see turtles near by.

Wonderful time and appreciate sharing this well appointed 2nd flr. condo home.
We loved the condo and there’s everything we need for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool/spa. They swam every day and when done they would take a quick walk to Starbucks! The condo is close to the market, gift shop and more. We definitely would recommend this place.
All the raving reviews are accurate. The property had everything we needed for a family of 4 and then some. It truly was a "home away from home" but my home doesn't sit on a golf course with a 15 minute drive to the beach :). This property is centrally located to food and shops. Stop searching and book this property!
We always stay at the Fairway Villas, but this particular unit was wonderful. The welcome gift was very nice to see, and the unit is well-furnished and stocked with everything you might need. We loved waking up to the views of Mauna Kea from our view and enjoyed the view while having coffee on the lanai. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
Everything was exactly as advertised. Location is great, host is great and very responsive to questions. Not one thing was wrong with this property. Will definitely consider for future trips.
We have had our second great stay in this condo which is very welcoming and comfortable. The unit is well stocked, especially the kitchen. All of your beach needs are available including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers etc.
The owners are fantastic to deal with, checking in prior to arrival and during our stay. Very prompt response to questions.
The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants.
The view from the balcony is beautiful especially the sunrises many mornings.
We are looking forward to future stays at this property and would highly recommend.
You will love this property, as it is all you see on line and more. The condo is extremely clean and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the utensils and dishes that you may need.
The master bed was extremely comfortable and you will sleep good.
And if you enjoy a morning cup of coffee you cannot beat relaxing on the patio watching the sun come up over the golf course or having sundowners on the patio watching the last foursome of the day putt for that last birdie.
This is an outstanding condo as are the owners who are very accessible and care about you having a memorable experience in Waikoloa. We will be back.
Stayed here with two of our older-teen sons. Unit is well furnished, and nicely appointed with Hawaiian themed paintings and decor. It’s classy yet comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, condiments, and spices.
The unit was spotless when we got there. Access was simple.
The hosts were very quick to respond to questions.
Would definitely rent here again!
This is a comfortable two-bedroom unit with a beautiful view of Mauna Kea and the golf course. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Assigned parking is convenient and the lovely lava rock infinity pool and spa are close by. The concierge service is excellent.
I agree with all the previous reviews. Just as it appears in photos. Fully stocked and clean. Communication was smooth. I have very specific wishes and this condo met all of them! Clean, laundry in unit, beach chairs, living room seating for 4, smart TV and comfortable outdoor seating. A different Waikoloa rental we booked had plastic chairs with staples protruding through the seats! The AC limit of 76 degrees was not an issue at all with the breezes and the fans.
