The location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants In WAIKOLOA beach resort. Our condo at the Fairway Villas is right across the street from one of the Big Island’s best beaches, Anaeho'omalu (aka A-bay). After a long day of site seeing and exploring, golf or just hitting the beach you can enjoy a dip in our infinity edge heated salt water pool over looking the 4th hole and water feature of the WAIKOLOA beach golf course, or grill your favorite local catch on the BBQ. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook your favorite meal. You’ll also have access to beach towels, reclining Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and of course a cooler to enjoy the beach like a local. We’re local right here in WAIKOLOA and are just a phone call away if there’s anything we can do to enhance your stay so please don’t hesitate to reach out! Condo exactly as advertised, quiet beautiful location. Comfortable and well equipped, 5 minutes walk to shops, 10 minute walk to the beach. Property manager was very helpful, highly recommend the condo to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit for just over a week. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 4 adults. The owners were extremely quick with responding to any questions that we had. From the moment we walked in, we felt that we were staying in our home away from home. It is nice to stay in a condo with all of the amenities and comforts we want at home, with the benefits of being in a quiet, secluded part of Waikoloa Village. The Kings Shops and Queens Shops are within easy walking distance, as is the King's Trail petroglyph area. Yet it is private and quiet enough that you can see amazing starry views at night.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 5/5!

We had a very good stay and enjoyed our trip. Some things the owner may want to consider is upgrading the mattress in the master bedroom and ensuring all lights in the unit are in good working order. Otherwise, this Penthouse had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation.

It was an amazing property, close to the resorts (for my conference) and walking distance to shops. Beautiful swimming pool and common areas.
