I would suggest using Michelle from Kohala Realty to everybody. The location was perfect. She understood our needs and helped us all along the way. The condo was perfect. It was very clean. Air-conditioning was fantastic. Parking was great. We have used Michelle and Kohala coastal Realty many times and they have never ever come up short on their service and suggestions.
Beautifully updated unit. Well equipped kitchen and beach gear. Spacious and open. Easy check in. Property manager responded promptly to all questions and was able to offer a late check out for our flight at a very reasonable cost. Resort is a great location with all the amenities that you can need and quick access to all the best beaches of the Kohala coast.
The place was just as advertised - very clean, newly remodeled, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We appreciated the fact that there were wine and cocktail glasses, and a full set of dishes and bowls. Several of the places we’ve stayed at had a small amount of kitchen Items, and not enough to accommodate a family of four.
This place is a perfect location for walking to the Hilton dolphin quest, near black sand beach, next to golf course, near Hāpuna beach, and next to a nice pool. We will stay here again! Thank you

Completely furnished kitchen and many amenities like chairs/umbrella/cooler/boogie boards for nearby beaches. Pools in complex are in a picturesque setting and close by. All in all a wonderful villa. The property was very clean and neat, beautifully decorated and amply supplied with all your needs. We stayed with another couple and the design of the unit made it possible to have your shared and private times. We would highly recommend this unit. The location is ideal, close to the pool, and nearby activities and eateries. Loved it!!

This was our second time staying in this condo. Love the space and where it’s located! Clean, stocked with supplies, and close to shops and the beach. Only issue was the master bedroom’s box spring is very creaky. My husband slept on the couch because you can’t move around without the bed making a loud sound. Easy fix to make this place practically perfect. Property manage is awesome too. Very helpful and quick to respond.
This villa was so perfect for our family of 4…4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs that seemed brand new, boogie boards for the beach along with nice beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices & olive oil, lots of glassware, dishes & pots/pans. The pool area was perfect too. We will be back!
