Just as described. Clean, spacious condo with beautiful lanai. Across the street from the Queens Shops and a short walk from A-Bay, but also feels very private. The garage had plenty of gear for beach trips. And the Hilton Pool Pass was a big hit with my kids. Would certainly stay here again.
We stayed at J33 as a family of 5, it’s a spacious condominium with full kitchen, garage, gorgeous view patio, everything you need for the beach ( chairs, umbrellas, coolers, kids beach toys), and had great experience, it’s very close to Queens Marketplace and Kings (minutes to walk) which is a huge plus, our teenage boys could go and get some food or coffee without us driving them. We would definitely come back!

What a beautiful villa to have as our home base for 4 days! It was clean and spacious and so quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered Lanai. The villa was close to so many beaches and we could just walk across the street to the Queens and Kings shops, while still being close enough to Kona for a quick 30 min drive. We would stay here again if we ever make it to Hawaii again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a great time in Waikoloa and this condo was fantastic. We had stayed in this complex several years ago (a different unit) and it was just as good as we remembered. The unit itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was well maintained and very clean. The pools are perfect for a young family and the location is great. The Hilton passes were an added bonus, too. Booking, check-in, and communications from the property manager were fantastic. We would happily stay here again and would have no issues recommending this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay while on the Big Island. Mahalo!
Of the 3 places we stayed on the Big Island, this was my favorite. First impressions are everything, so we arrived late and every other condo was muggy and warm. This was was cool and inviting. The elevator was really helpful as it's the 3rd floor and we had lots of luggage. There was a lot of space, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and clean. Kitchen was great although we barely used it. They had plenty of beach toys and accessories. Really nice to be able to go boogie boarding. The Hilton Pass was nice relaxing day, but be warned.....everything there is Disney expensive (including $48 for parking).
We absolutely loved this condo. It was larger that the photos made it look and all of the amenities, finishes, linens were very high quality.
They had everything we could have needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook, the garage had tons of beach/pool gear and the bbq on the patio was great.
Comfortable beds, easy parking, close to the pool and the location in Waikoloa made shopping, coffee and groceries easy to walk to.
We will definitely stay here again!
This property is fantastic! We loved being on the top floor, absolutely everything was wonderful! Especially enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and then prepared dinners on the grill each night. Super comfortable bed and very quiet!
Located on the top floor in a corner, this condo gave us lots of privacy and quiet relaxing time. The short walk to Queens Market and only slightly longer one to Kings Market was appreciated as well. Didn't do much cooking except for BBQ on patio but kitchen has everything. Loved having beach toys and chairs available for our use as A-Bay is our favorite beach and we spent a fair bit of time there with frequent detours to Lava Lava. Would definitely recommend this condo to others.
Everything described and seen in photos is exactly what you got! So much space, a true home away from home. Fantastic kitchen with every utensil and equipment possible. Beautiful view from the balcony across the golf course, a great spot to watch the sunset, eat a meal or relax with a book. Main bedroom is do spacious with a huge ensuite. The kids loved their comfortable beds and slept so well. Situated in an amazing resort with the queens and kings shops directly across the road. A Bay beach just a short walk or drive away, was great to watch the sunset from here and the kids favourite beach to swim. The Hilton pass was great to use for a few days amongst the trip with fantastic facilities to utilise.

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! Excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we need as a family of four with two kids. Hilton Waikoloa pool pass was great. The kids had fun in the Hilton Lagoon and in the pool /water slide. The lagoon is super calm and great for our kids to snorkel and see fishes and sea turtles. The Hilton pools are huge with manmade waterfalls and a water slide that kept the kids busy for hours.
