We had a fantastic stay during spring break. The property has a Viking grill and fully stocked kitchen. It was clean and quiet. Our son made friends with a local stray cat, which he lovingly named Mew Mew. Very close to the beach and all of the things needed to enjoy beach days.

Close to the pool and across the street from the Queen’s Marketplace, the condo location was super convenient. Easy access. Well appointed inside and out and comfortable.
Enjoyed our stay at this 2nd floor condo with deck patio. Very convenient and easy move in. Key free. Has garage for rental car. Good location. Would rent again.

Management folks were very helpful. We had a pkg. sent to them and they had it waiting for us in the unit when we checked in.
Also had minor electrical problem fixed same day I told them about it.

This was a beautiful property that was clean, well-kept, and had everything you needed to make you feel like you were in your home away from home in Hawaii. The location was great and is in easy walking distance from shops, dining, and the beach. We particularly enjoyed walking to the beach and watching the sun set each evening as we floated in the ocean. We will definitely be back! Aloha!
This was a beautiful property that was clean, well-kept, and had everything you needed to make you feel like you were in your home away from home in Hawaii. I loved the property! Furnishings were lovely, the location was so convenient and beautiful view from the lanai. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. Great stay at this property! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spot in Waikoloa.

- Location is nearer good beaches. Limited views of mountains
- pretty well supplied, good beach supplies

- Lighting is very limited and what exists unfortunately is dated with dark shades. Except for kitchen, really difficult to read after dark.
- Views and condo could be Florida or any relatively tropical area. No great or unique Hawaii views.
- thermometers are hard coded and unable to adjust below 74
- Appliances are pretty dated. Dishwasher only works after scraping and rinsing, racks rusted and missing wheel. Disposal basically doesn't work.
- Many very particular rules/guidelines on appliance use

Great place. I would stay again. Location is perfect to Queens Shops across the street and then close to beaches further up the coast. The only thing I would note is the cleaning crew could give a little attention to the A/C return as there is a build up of lint.
