The is my public comment: The studio is a little gem at Waikaloa Shores adjacent to the pool. It is perfectly located across from the pool in gorgeous well kept grounds. You can walk to the ocean, to A Bay and along the shores adjacent to the HIlton.
The following comment is only for the owner and for the property manager: as previously stated the window screens need to be replaced as does the shower faucet. It would be almost worth the price if there were internet. The price is 4 times greater than I paid for the same lovely studio curing COVID and 2 to 3 x more than staying in a shared condo with my friends with more amenities, nevertheless, I was so grateful to be able to stay in Waikaloa Shores at the last minute. Also some of the plaster needs repair on the interior.

Great deal for the price, some common amenities missing like wifi. We enjoyed the central location and walking distance to all the resorts. Great bar/grill just outside the gates. Had a little trouble checking in. We didn’t realize this is the “studio” in front of a bigger condo on number 19. So if there is a car in the driveway that’s why. Guest parking is right across the street. Pool is close. Management was friendly and responded to our needs quickly. The place could use a new bed but we got through.

Loved that this location was so convenient to pool and jacuzzi especially after a long day of exploring with a nice king bed and nice shower. This was a Good base camp to explore other parts of the island. Beach and sunsets are beautiful here and, loved seeing the turtles south of lava lava beach club… a highlight! Other rental sites touch base about check in and directions 3-5 days even a week in advance. The only downside was we were pulling teeth to get info the day before and were worried we had been scammed. Turned out perfect but would have liked to have skipped that anxiety;(

The gym and pool are nice. The patio is one chair and table in front of the front door entrance. There is no garden, just the neighbors hedge that is two to three feet away. The bed can use a new mattress. NO INTERNET at all.
