We had a nice time and had our grandkids stay part of the time with us while their parents had our new granddaughter. The condo is very children friendly with toys, puzzles and books. It worked out perfect. We did have a little trouble with our door code working and had to end up using the lock box key. Everything else was perfect!
Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!
I stayed there with my family and other friends stayed in different apartments in the same complex. The location is nice because it is close to some shopping and the highway. The suite itself is very clean and well appointed and up to date. Lovely view of the golf course and pond. No issues at all and it is modern, with a very homey feel. Would definitely book again. Definitely need a car on the big island as so much to see and parking at the complex is very easy.
Need new Beach chairs. Everything else was fine. also no cutting board could be found.

Condo was great! Everything you need. Walk to shops and dining. Close to ither areas of interest.
Only 1 minor negative, the beds are a bit uncomfortable.
Otherwise fantastic place to stay.
Just a great unit. Sad to go but the unit had everything we needed and it was beautiful. The lanai was awesome drank coffee and watched the mountains every morning. The unit also had ocean toys which was a great surprise. The in unit ac was very nice too. My only downside is that the beds were hard in each of the rooms and the sofas were a bit uncomfortable too but overall great stay!
This property is very impressive—we had done a vrbo before but would definitely do this one again Our family, staying close by, would come over and be in awe at how gorgeous ours was!! Everything you ever needed or wanted was made available to us in our condo!! Can’t wait to return!!
From the minute we walked in the door the presentation was so nice and the little details to make you feel special. We kept calling it the Tommy Bahama Condo. Pictures do not do
It justice! This unit had everything we needed. Very clean and cared for. This would be great for 2 couples or a small family. We loved watching the golfers T off and the beautiful lights at night across the pond. It was so nice having an a/c unit in each room so people could sleep in the temp they prefer. The pool was so nice, not freezing at all and the hot tub was wonderful. The location was the best, great restaurants, the beach A-bay, the market to get anything you needed all walkable!! I will be back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Loved the property. Close to a beach, grocery store, Starbucks and a hiking trail. Lots of places to visit within 1-2 hour drive.
We reserved this condo along with 3 others in the Fairway Villas. The units are nice, clean and located within walking distance to the beach. Our unit had some issues though. The washer and dryer did not work so you may want to double check that has been fixed before you book. Also the ice maker and water dispenser did not work. We called the management company and texted with them repeatedly to get the required parking pass. We were there a week and never did receive the "white notebook" with instructions and parking pass. This unit had ample dishes for cooking although not a single spice, not even salt and pepper. The other units did have condiments for cooking so we spent more time at their condo. The pool is very nice and we used the grills several times as they were well maintained and conveniently located next to the pool.
