Property Description

This home has been well furnished and is great for families looking to enjoy a quiet, private vacation yet be near all the amenities of Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The house has been nicely furnished and offers a spacious great room. The living room has two couches facing a big screen LCD television with extended cable and a blu-ray player. Adjacent to the living room is the well stocked kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage space. The bar seats four and the nearby dining area seats six. There are sliding glass doors off the living and dining areas offering a view of the mountains and pool.

As you step outside you will be greeted by a nice lounging area with a wrap around sofa. There is also a dining area and grill for your use. The pool and jacuzzi are perfectly sized for a family. At the back of the yard is a putting green for kids to enjoy.

The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard. It has a king size bed with end tables facing a wall mounted big screen television with extended cable. The attached bathroom is spacious and offers dual vanities, a walk in shower, and an outdoor shower.

Also in the main house is the guest room that is great for kids. It has two twin beds also facing a wall mounted big screen television.

Just off the courtyard area is a separate guest room. This room is spacious and also offers a small living space with a couch.
